There is a large double bed, bunk bed and trundle bed in the apartment. The summer towns of Risør, Kragerø and Tvedestrand are only 40 minutes away by car. There are also nice swimming spots nearby. In winter, it is a short drive for those who like cross-country skiing at Kleivvann and at Gautefall there is an alpine facility. Hunting grounds can be rented through Statskog.

Walking distance to swimming areas, hiking areas, the city and everything you need when you are on vacation. We can assist with tips and recommendations for your stay in charming Risør. The apartment has a spacious living room with TV, WiFi, coffee table and dining table, bathroom, bedroom with double bed. The kitchen was renovated in the summer of 2023. Idyllic small farm, miller's house from the 1800s

Experience quiet surroundings in this house in the clearing in the woods. The house has a low ceiling and most people have to bend a little to go through the doorways. It is not far to fishing waters with the possibility to rent a boat. Short distances to southern towns, 30 min. to both Kragerø, Risør and Tvedestrand. 10 min. to Brokelandsheia with the popular Lille Dyrehagen, and "Sørlandets answer to the Swedish border", Eurospar Brokelandsheia. Hiking areas in the forest right outside the door, short distance to the swimming area.

To Risør city center it is a nice walk of about 20 min. or bike ride of 7 min. - here you can park the car in your own parking space and leave it during the stay. The apartment contains a living room with dining area and a living room with TV. - A small kitchen, richly equipped. Bedroom with 4 bunks, duvets/pillows/sheets and duvet covers. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Heating in all floors. Internet.

Lyngørsundet, Gjevingmyra Farm

A peaceful place surrounded by beautiful nature: forest, sea and lake and mountains with views. An older farmhouse with 6 beds and a boathouse with 4 beds are rented out together. Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the children, chickens. Take a romantic paddle boat or canoe in the lake, rent a motorboat and go on a discovery trip through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in a private lake. Nice hiking terrain. Uendelig med turområder i vakker sørlands natur rett utenfor døren. Koselig lokalsamfunn med nærbutikker i 10 minutters gange fra huset. Et perfekt feriehus i hjertet av Sørlandet. Strøm er ikke inkludert og vil bli belastet separat Bassenget er tilgjengelig fra 1. mai til 1. oktober

Simple accommodation

Simple and peaceful accommodation with a central location. Short distance to Risør city center, swimming areas and hiking area. Please contact us at Tel. 91616284 for questions. Risør city center approx. 7 min walking time. Swimming area approx. 10 min walking time. There is a toilet and only cold water. (No shower in the apartment, but outdoor shower is available.) (3 beds and possibility for one more to sleep on the sofa.) Bed linen is not included.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Cozy cabin in Risør

Relax at the cabin in Søndeled, Risør. Here you can hike by the water, the lake or the forest. The cabin is located on Øysang, where there is a holiday center with restaurant and tennis court. A few minutes walk to the jetty in Hødnebøkilen. Here it is possible to rent a boat. Otherwise, Øisangferga goes to Risør city center (and back) several times a day. Nice hiking terrain and short drive to the Svabergene on Stangnes and Portør.

Cozy forest cabin in peaceful surroundings. The cabin belongs to Langmyr farm, and is located by itself in a cultural landscape. In the grazing season, the cows roam in the area, but the cabin is fenced. Electricity is available, but not water. Water in jugs is ready upon arrival and there is a dishwashing sink in the kitchen. The cabin also has a pleasant outhouse. Firewood is included in the woodshed. Free WiFi.
