Welcome to a charming, retro apartment 10 km from Odense. Apartment (50 m2) is located in a quiet area in Tarup-Davinde Nature Reserve with bathing lakes - 500 m to the nearest bathing lake. Entrance, utility room with washing machine, and shower and toilet are on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there is a full kitchen with dishwasher, dining area, sofa bed and small loft (u. screen). There is a good indoor climate, 1 km to good shopping, 1 km to bus and 3 km to train. Extra mattress, bed linen, towels, etc. are available.

Annex for 2 or more

Relax in this unique annex within walking distance of the lake and with the possibility of staying in a cabin in the treetops. There is a private terrace, the possibility of using a fireplace, barbecue, access to simple kitchen facilities and extra bedding. The annex is an extension of our house, and some days we will be home. It is suitable for single or multiple nights, and you can use the garden, go to the local lake, ride a mountain bike or go hiking from this central location on Funen.

Comfy and cosy basement apartment with access to garden and terrace. Walking distance to the freshwater lake 'Grusgraven' perfect for swimming and sun bathing. The lake is in a recreational area good for hiking and biking. With train and highway going through Årslev, this place is a good starting point for discovering surrounding Fyn. By train Odense is only 15 minutes away. The apartment is 10 kilometres from the University of Southern Denmark, the hospital and Rosengårdscentret.

It is 5 minutes by car (10 by bike) to the cozy village of Årslev-Sdr. Nærå with a bakery, supermarket(s) and some absolutely fantastic swimming lakes. There are extensive nature trail systems in the area and the opportunity to fish in put'n take lakes.

The house is well equipped with everything needed for a stay.

Atmospheric and centrally located in Årslev. The house is located in quiet environment next to nice old church. 500 meters from the house is the local swimming lake. There is access to the whole house. There are two cute cats, which, however, are most outdoorsy. In addition, there are chickens and free use of eggs (: 5 minutes on foot to the nearest shopping. 15 minutes from Odense, 25 minutes from Egeskovslot.
