A large bedroom facing south with double bed, a bedroom facing north with 2 single beds, another small room with a desk for home office, hallway, bathroom. Located in a rural setting: 6000 m2 garden/park with lots of play things.

Our house, dating back to 1925, is located in Sundsmark, 2 km from the center of Sønderborg. The apartment 57 m2, is located on the 2nd floor. • TV (Chromecast) • Kitchenette, Fridge • WIFI • 11kW charger (electric car). • Upper portion of the staircase from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor is steeper than the lower portion. We live on the ground floor and 1st floor. The front door is equipped with an electronic lock with a code. Bed linen and towels are provided in the apartment.

EXCEPTIONAL LOCATION. Mansion apartment perfectly located at Sønderborg's old harbour basin - midway between Sønderborg Castle and Chr. X's bridge overlooking Dybbøl Mølle. If you expect perfection in every detail, please do not book this property…😉 It is not a 4-5 star hotel, I do not have craftsmen who can solve any problem with a few hours' notice, and the cleaning can overlook small things. Just like at home🥰🤷‍♂️ But… I'll do my best - you can be sure of that😊❤️☀️

From the terrace you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of the Flensburg Fjord. The apartment is located on the lower floor of our house in a garden with fruit trees. The historic Gendarme Trail, a hiking trail from Padborg to Høruphav, runs about 60 meters along the house by the water
