Beautiful end terraced house on three floors | 2.5 bathrooms | private outdoor spaces! Modern, minimalist, by Ljanselva, right in the middle between Mortensrud and Hauketo. About 20 min from the city center by public transport, and 45 min from the airport (check ruter dot no) The house has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, fixed garage with possibility for extra parking space. Beds: 180 cm bed, 150 cm bed and 120 cm sofa bed. For 7 people: extra guest bed in the living room will be prepared. We provide bed linen and towels. Feel at home, but treat our home nicely!

Here you wake up to sunrise that can be enjoyed from the breakfast balcony. We also have a nice ground terrace with direct access to the forest. Here the blueberries ripen already in June. Short distance to Nesoddtangen, about 5 min walk, with shopping center and cafes. 3 min walk to the nearest bus, which corresponds with boat to Oslo. Short distance to The Well spa, Tusenfryd, Kolbotn with good restaurants and shopping center. Grocery store/pharmacy in the immediate vicinity. 5 min walk to direct bus that takes you to Oslo S in 30 min
