Yes, this is "that" house. This single level ranchette is walking distance to Indigeny Reserve from the front door. Walk the creek, ride a bike through the neighborhood, hike/ride the Indigeny trails, whatever you would like. This 930 sqft. farmhouse is on 2 acres...BY ITSELF. Peaceful and private are the words that come to mind. Lots of updates as the house has been completely rebuilt/updated. High speed Wifi and Central Heat/AC. Full Kitchen. Full Laundry. Space for the kids to play or to walk with your spouse. This is the perfect vacation rental for a family of 5 (or less), as well as a couples retreat. Memory Foam Mattress and brand new furniture. We are also very close to Savannah Gardens if you are attending a wedding there.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious bedroom, bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a pullout sofa bed, and a workspace. Many apologies, but we do now allow animals due to allergies.
