Private Beach House in Las Conchas

Our treasured family on-the-beach house was designed by my grandfather and built 65 years ago. It has since then been remodeled and upgraded frequently. Highlights include two large beautiful domed ceilings giving the primary rooms unique acoustics and amazing above-head space, an expansive stargazing deck, a luxurious master room, and beautiful themed tiling throughout. Update 06/ 2022: We take guest feedback seriously! We recently have added new blinds, a new gas grill, and satellite TV.

La Casita is one of several properties managed by Clifford Taylor under the name of CLEMENTINES. La Casita is a cute, free standing house consisting of just one big room, with a gorgeous walled patio for outdoor living. The main room is spacious and uncluttered. Guidebooks say it has the most comfortable bed in all of Baja! Take your meals at the kitchen counter or outdoors. It's such a cool and cozy place to chill, use as a base for daily excursions or enjoy many outdoor activities.

The lower terrace has a bar and king bed for a great afternoon siesta.

NEW beach house. House located on the main Blvd of Bahia Kino, Son. Facing the beach and 100 km from the airport and city of Hermosillo. 4 hours from the border with Nogales, Arizona. We have another property with the same features located in the same place called Villa Marina, also available on Airbnb. The dates of Holy Week and Easter Week are rented for a minimum of 6 nights. "Custó" house very close to the sea

Casita "Custó" (Cousteau), is brand new and has a central but quiet location. It has free access to the beach less than 200 steps away, as well as restaurants, cafes, and bars. No car is needed to enjoy the surroundings on foot. The house is completely new (2024) and ready to enjoy. The pool is now available! At the moment the pool does not have a heater :)
