Accommodation for up to 4 people in sailboat in private harbor in central Karlby at Kökar. The harbor is a marina with a small sandy beach. The distance to service such as restaurant and grocery store is about 500 meters. The distance from Kökar’s ferry terminal is approximately 4 km. The sailboat is about 10 meters long. There is a small kitchen and toilet with cold water. Hot water can be heated on the stove. Electricity through solar panels. You can go to the hotel and shower or rent a sauna. Sheets and towels are not included.

Off-gridstuga med de flesta bekvämligheter som 230V solel, rinnande kallvatten i kranarna (men dricksvatten i dunk och varmvatten får man värma på spis eller murpanna). Två sovrum, allrum med kök, badrum med förbränningstoalett, dusch och handfat. Utomhus finns en stor härlig altan med sittplatser och grill, liten ”strand”, brygga och gräsmatta.
