Here, you’ll be living close to everything on Kökar. 2 km to the ferry terminal, 2.5 km to the church, 800 m to Otterböte, 1.5 km to a shop and a restaurant. There is a bird-watching spot 200 metres from the house, or why not sit under cover on the veranda and watch the birds in Överbodaviken? 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, plus a sofa bed (140 cm) in the living room. Wi-Fi, Smart TV, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Patio facing east, south/west. Bed linen and towels are included.

Hojars seaside cottage

Hojars Seaside Cottage is a charming cottage with beautiful water views and a balcony. Located next to a cottage village but with its own entrance for privacy. The cottage village offers a sauna (€28/hour), boat and kayak rental and a kiosk/restaurant for a fee. Barbecue area, bathing jetty, disc golf and shower are available free of charge. The cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen, double bed (or 2 single beds for 3–4 people), living room and barbecue on the balcony. Toilet on the property, shower in the cottage village. Perfect for a nature experience near the sea!

Strandhugget BnB accommodation

We offer accommodation services next to Sottunga harbor. Our service consists of three rooms in the main building and cottages in the courtyard. Washing facilities and toilets are located in a separate building. There is also a toilet in the main building. In the spring of 2024, we renovated the main building as well as the washing and toilet facilities. Our accommodation includes breakfast, sheets and towels. Shower gel is available in the washrooms. The main building has a fridge, microwave and kettle for guests.

Guesthouse Agnes

The house is located on a lakeside farm pretty much in the heart of Kökar, with most things close by. The host couple live close to the rental property. There is a lot of activity in the farmyard, and the rural atmosphere is enhanced by the fact that Ruben the cockerel crows like mad in the mornings. We also have a very affectionate cat called Miss Ellie, who is a Siberian cat. Access to the pool is available in the summer and is shared with the host couple. There is a barbecue area.

Enjoy a beautiful stay at our newly renovated house. The property offers modern amenities, with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with private sauna. The secluded balcony enjoys mid-day and evening sun, as well as a glimpse of the nearby bay. Stuga med fantastiskt läge på södra Kökar i Ålands skärgård. Off-gridstuga med de flesta bekvämligheter som 230V solel, rinnande kallvatten i kranarna (men dricksvatten i dunk och varmvatten får man värma på spis eller murpanna). Två sovrum, allrum med kök, badrum med förbränningstoalett, dusch och handfat. Utomhus finns en stor härlig altan med sittplatser och grill, liten ”strand”, brygga och gräsmatta.
