Located in Oukaïmeden, this beautiful chalet consists of 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms, a large living room with "stove" and a terrace with stunning views of the ski slopes and Toubkal. Astronomers will be able to enjoy one of the most beautiful observation sites in the world because the chalet is located between the slopes and the observatory. After a day of skiing, biking or hiking, you can relax in the garden or in the living room by the fireplace.

The entire property with its three large terraces has panoramic views of the Atlas Mountains. Nature lovers will find their account there. Our house is 44 km from Marrakech (35 min by car). Siti Fatma Waterfalls are 15 km from the house, while Oukeimeden Ski Resort is 30 km from the house.
