We are located right in the middle of town, above the iconic Milton Hotel, which was built in 1870 and lovingly refurbished in 2019. Our Scenic Large Room is perfect for a couple or a solo traveller. With its 24 square metre layout, it features reverse cycle air conditioning, with well-appointed locally custom made cabinetry, and views across the green hills of Milton out to Green Island surf spot. Tea and coffee making amenities as well as a mini bar and Leif bathroom products in the ensuite bathroom. Smart TV's and high speed NBN is available in this room so be sure to pack your device.

The 16 sqm room is Perfect for light travellers and quick getaways. Small in size but big on charm. Ideal for solo travellers or short stays, our Petite rooms are cleverly designed for comfort with a playful twist. Expect a comfortable double bed, snug styling, curated details, and everything you need—just pared back to the essentials. The newly renovated rooms are equipped with a Dyson hairdryer, a private bathroom, a smart TV with Chromecast, slippers, a bathrobe, a safe, and a microwave.

Suite 2 | Pet Friendly $40 p/day per pet

This luxurious and spacious premium room is located in the Historic Fitzroy Inn overlooking the beautifully manicured gardens. Set a midst five acres of tranquil gardens with a stream flowing through it, and dotted with century-old oaks, it is certainly an estate to visit. The room opens to the northern verandah. Each room is individually styled with the romance and charm of a bygone era. The room is located on the ground floor and have the option of King or twin share configuration.

The Seascape Mollymook Queen Studio Room

This spacious Queen Studio apartment has glimpses of the ocean from its patio, comfortable living area with kitchenette and dining area. Guests have full use of the pool and BBQ facilities. All linen provided, apartment serviced daily. The apartment is well positioned to Mollymook Beach, Golf courses as well as the lovely town of Milton and Ulladulla. We are close to wonderful restaurants and we offer a courtesy drop off to your event. We welcome children over the age of 10 years.

We are a local family that have lived in this area for many years and enjoy the local bushland, wildlife and the easy access to Sydney City. We are keen to do all we can to make your stay special. Our modern freestanding Pavilions provide the ultimate Willinga Park experience. All are self-contained, with spacious, elegant interiors and uninterrupted north-facing views of the surrounding natural landscape. Each bedroom has an en-suite and pin code entry, providing flexibility to accommodate your numbers. Each pavilion has free Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and two parking spaces.

Snug Cove B&B Sea View From room

A la carte breakfast each morning. No cooking Choose from the menu the evening before so we can offer more choices. This room has a king bed. We may change your room to a queen with balcony to fit other bookings. This room opens onto the large deck so has fantastic views and only one flight of stairs. No bath, large shower. Please note we are not suitable for children under 16.

St Mark's Randwick - Premium Queen Room

Our gorgeous Premium Queen guest rooms are a great option for up to two guests. It features a queen bed as well as a private ensuite bathroom. These boutique rooms are beautifully positioned and light filled with views of either local Randwick or our own private alfresco courtyard. The room also includes air conditioning, flat-screen TV, small kitchenette and free Wi-Fi.
