nancy, the people working at and the owner of the cottage were very friendly and always ready to help. we had a barbecue alltogether on one night which was fully paid by the owner. the place is quiet and peaceful and really is great to lay low for a while. the only inconveniance is the difficult availabilities to come around and limited ways of transport at the cottage. i would still defenitely recommend this place :)

Host was very accommodating and responsive to our requests! Perfect stay if you're a big group. Should've booked one extra day to enjoy all the amenities since we used the place as accoms lang for a concert >< 10/10 will book again.

The place is perfect for big groups and has complete amenities. The WIFI signal was great. It is also just near the local restaurants like Breakthrough & Tatoys. Ate Nene was very responsive to our needs. Will definitely book in this place again.

The house was very comfortable and clean! The only thing was that the neighbors were a little noisy, but other than that, it was perfect! Loved the stay!

Great place for Palarong Pambansa next year.

Spacious and clean bungalow. It accommodates our needs as a big group. One minor downside would be that there are quite a few "rules" and requirements for this accommodation, such as having to dispose of the trash by ourselves, long waiting time for water heater pump and etc, but some are understandable given the age of the house and price of the stay. Overall a good experience for my friends and I.

The accommodation is great. Just as the pictures show. It is beautiful, spacious and tidy but what made this trip really special was the nice interaction with Sabine and Nathalie. We chose this place to film our thesis after seeing the photos. It perfectly matched the look and vibe we were aiming for, with its traditional Filipino feel. It's hard to find a place that allows filming, so we’re glad we were given permission to do so. The only downside was that it can get a bit loud outside, especially since it's surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and bars. People walking by can be noisy, and the vehicles passing by added to it, but it was tolerable and not that bothersome. Inside, the house was exactly as shown in the photos. The host was very responsive to my filming requests, and the staff was proactive and accommodating, even assisting with the production. There’s also a dog in the house, which we found absolutely adorable. We wish we could have stayed longer, so we’ll definitely be back to unwind and relax — no work next time!

This is our second time visiting the place and it never disappoints. We'll definitely coming back. If you're looking for a quiet and private getaway, this is the best place for you.

The fresh air made our morning walks and runs an absolute delight—there's nothing like a breezy start to the day with stunning mountain views! Plus, the location is so convenient, just a few minutes away from the central area and the beautiful bay. Overall, our stay was relaxing and fun. We truly hope to return during the holidays. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a rejuvenating getaway!

We celebrated our moms 70th Birthday here and the place is so nice. The house is homie and clean. The pool is warm that the kids enjoyed it even at night. The housekeeper is so nice and very helpful as well. The place is quiet and very private just what we wanted."❤️

Joyce's place boasts an unbeatable location, just a short walk from the main beach. The air conditioning was excellent, providing a refreshing escape from the hot weather. Check-in was a breeze, and I really appreciated the spacious parking area. Overall, a fantastic stay!

we stayed at the place for 2 nights and really enjoyed it. the beach is in walking distance (about 2mins away) and the restaurants we chose were only 5mins away by car. the hosts were really nice and helpful. we plan on staying at the place again the next time we are in LU.
