There are two pavilions, one for living and the other for sleeping, all with large glass sliding doors that open up to let the environment in.

Litoria is a pavilion home tucked against reserve, about 150m from the beach. You’ll love Litoria’s breezeway and living pod that opens to capture the sea breezes. Daily rate is for a couple using the king bedroom. If you want to use an extra bedroom, it is $30 per person per night. Book at the extra person rate. Heliconia Grove is a beach cottage with plenty to offer, only two streets back from the beach front. Enjoy the outdoor bath with an evening wine or a morning coffee. The large yard is fully fenced and safe for all the family to enjoy including your furry friends. Only a short 10-min drive to Woolworths, local bars and cafes. If you want the full Island experience, be sure to catch the 20min ferry transfer from Clump Point to Dunk Island.
