The golf villa was completed in 2021 and is located on the beautiful shore of Lake Saimaa in Joroisselkä, facing south. The equipment includes, among other things, comprehensive dishes, an oven and microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The terrace has a lounge and dining area, as well as a heated outdoor pool. The air heat pump heats in winter and cools in summer. The villa is located 1 km from Kartanogolf course, and 3 km from the services of Joroinen church village, including shops, gas station, Kotipizza, Hesburger, health center.

Studio in a swimming pool house

A cosy top-floor studio apartment in a housing association with its own indoor swimming pool – a rarity in the entire region! The apartment, renovated in 2026, is in a prime location: within walking distance of both the city centre and the railway station. You can easily find accommodation without a car. For those arriving by car, there is free parking in the apartment's two guest spaces or on the street. The beautiful Hiekanpää beach and the beach park are very close by and are suitable for outdoor activities all year round.

Old village school

Step into the Finnish countryside! The apartment, a former home for village school teacher, consists of one cozy bedroom (sleeps 3) and a bright spacious living room (sleeps 2 in the pull out couch). In addition there is a large, fully equipped kitchen (sleeps 2). Bed linen and towels are included. The apartment is part of a former school building (built 1959, shown in the picture above on the right hand side) and the owners live next door. We want to serve but we give you the peace required.

Vanaja cottage, Ascetic Cabin with Beach and Sauna

Ascetic remote old Finnish cottage with own beach and sauna. In midsummer there is also bilberry (nordic blueberry) fields right next to the cottage! At the cottage you can enjoy a romantic holiday in a historic milieu or just go and relax with your friends and take a rowing boat to the lake. The cottage has no electricity or running water, wood heating. You can cook with wood heated stove. Blankets, pillows, and mattresses can be found in the cottage. Please bring your own sheets & towels.

Charming cottage on the shore of a scenic lake just 15 km from the center of Mikkeli. You can row on the lake or walk in the peaceful nature. Next to the terrace is a hot tub that conveniently warms up in any weather. Accommodates 2 people on a sofa bed. The mini kitchen with fridge, water point and stove allows cooking and summer delicacies are prepared on the gas grill. Water comes in and it's drinkable. In the villa Myllymäki, built on top of Myllymäki with my own hands, it is easy to relax and get close to nature while enjoying the magnificent scenery. A window the size of the entire end wall frames the magnificent lake landscape. The farm has about 40 hectares of forest for animal grazing, which guarantees easy and fine hiking terrain. The distance to the center of Savonlinna is 10 km by car or 6 km by boat. The farm also has a private lean-to by the pond with equally stunning views.

Less than 10 min. walk to the market square and city center services, Olavinlinna castle is about 20 min. walk away. Swimming hall (on maintenance break 7.7.-10.8.), Huwila restaurant and beach are very close. The building has a swimming pool that is available outside the reserved sauna hours.
