Holiday rentals with beach access in South Tampa

Great location and quiet neighborhood. Nice park to watch the sunrise with a coffee is 1 minute out the door!

This place was awesome! Such a cool and unique spot and walking distance from the bars. Also for a great price! Joseph was a great easy going host! He made checkout a breeze. Didn’t have to do anything besides tidy the place up. Would recommend this place to anybody!

John’s apartment was amazing, very spacious and nicely decorated. We would definitely stay again.

We have stayed at Kevin’s place a few times now and it’s always a pleasurable experience. Everything you need to have a great stay is provided and Kevin is always super responsive and polite when there are any questions or issues he is sure to respond. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay, a place to eat in because it comes equipped with a full kitchen. Location is also super convenient because it’s a hop onto the 19 or onto 66th street so you can go anywhere from there.

Yaneylis’ place was awesome. I was tired upon arrival. Her place was comfortable, quiet and spotless. I also enjoyed the use of washer and dryer. Perfect set up. Will definitely stay again.

As I.had to make.a very last minutenl reservation, I was so grateful that Juan responded so quickly and I was able to rent his very peaceful, clean, quiet, cozy pad in a very nice neighborhood. The little, closed-in patio outside the studio was so nice to sit at last night and unwind and equally as peaceful to sit at and gently wake up at this morning before I got ready and left. A great place!!!

Fantastic location in Ybor City. Bars, restuarants, coffee shops, ect all in walking distance of the condo. There is also a free trolly that we used several times to ride into down town Tampa for a sporting event. The condo was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Jimmy was great with communication. Highly recommend!

Visited with my husband and our two kids. We had such a great time on our stay! Beautiful lake view, super clean and exactly as described. Excellent communication. The beds were incredibly comfortable! Would absolutely recommend this place for a small family. Very conveniently located near Honeymoon Island! Quiet neighborhood and peaceful setting on the lake.

Great host and Very responsive. We stayed at Tom's place immediately following hurricane Helene and during hurricane Milton. Some maintenance issues arose as a result, obviously beyond Tom's control. However Tom was a very responsive and proactively took action to address all issues.

We had a wonderful stay. It was the perfect spot for our baby’s first big trip! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. We especially appreciated the pack and play with a mattress—it made all the difference for our little one’s sleep—and the high chair was a great bonus. Overall, a cozy and convenient place for a family stay. We’d definitely come back!

My fiancé and I felt right at home at Cody’s place. It looked exactly like the pictures and it was very clean.

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo! We enjoyed waking to see the ocean every day and also had enough space to relax on our vacation. Helena provides a beach bag with towels and sand toys that were a very nice touch for our beach day. The staff at the bar/restaurant were great and we also felt safe with the 24 hour security guards on duty. This place really made our trip extra special!

Stayed May, 2025 and Melissa was an amazing host. She went out of her way to ensure we got the additional hangers we needed. She is very responsive when we had any questions. Would definitely return to this place. It was very clean, had all the amenities even toothbrushes and toothpaste! We had a great time!

William place was nice. My fiance and I enjoyed. When we got there we learned we had stayed in another one of the units last July.

Excellent host! Orit was responsive, clear, and accommodating. Being so close to the Airport was very convenient and the drive to Clearwater Beach was scenic and peaceful. The unit was confortable and the balcony view was worth it. The pool is much smaller in real life, when it's overcrowded. We visited during late Spring-break though, so, it might be more relaxing when schools are in session. The beach rocks are very slippery and covered in sharp shells. If you decide to be brave it and climb down to swim, bring your own first aid kit.

This stay was exactly what we needed. Joanne even came by in person to change the battery on the keypad to enter door. (Might have been due to the recent hurricanes). Her Customer service = 5star. Kitchen had everything we needed for simple meals, but the poolside restaurant/ bar was servicing up such great food that we ate there at least once a day. Easy walking distance to a few other restaurants and rooftop decks. Bathroom renovation is stylish & fantastic. Great place. Would stay here again. Very responsive and caring host.

We had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb for the second time, and it was just as wonderful as the first. Host Victoria is incredibly kind, helpful, and flexible, ensuring every detail is taken care of. The place truly feels like home, nestled in a peaceful environment that’s perfect for relaxation. It’s also conveniently located near local restaurants, Walmart, AMC Theater, and more, making it the best spot for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

Selected Sail Port because of the location. We attended dragonboat camp at Chase Suites across the causeway. The place was just as described and shown in the photos. Great view of the water and even saw dolphins playing in the mornings. Great value too!
