Waterfront holiday rentals in South Zealand

I spent a few days on Fehmarn with my son. Upon arrival we had a small mosquito problem in the apartment...Maria was immediately available, removed all mosquitoes, installed a fly screen and left something sweet as compensation! That's what I call a service! She was also available anytime I had questions. The apartment is small but nice! Everything was available and it was clean! It is very comfortably furnished! From the outside, the apartment blocks don't look really appealing. But it's beautiful inside! The location to the south beach is unbeatable! 2 min around the corner! We lacked nothing and we would be happy to come back!

Very good, friendly and welcoming host🙂 Quiet and nice location, easy to get to, and easy access to the city. Good community, with shops and access to nature.

Jens is a great host and his place is exactly what we expected after seeing the photos. The flat is very accessible to the city via public transportation and accessible to the airport. We rented bikes not far from the flat and used these to get around, as well. There are several restaurants in the neighborhood that were nice to visit. The flat is away from the city activity but accessible thus making the flat very much a nice place to retreat to after a day of fun.

Great location. Cool apartment. Wonderful host. 5 star stay. We has a great stay here. 3 of us had plenty of space with the 2 bedrooms. Located in a newer part of Copenhagen with lots of canals, this mostly residential neighborhood has a very unique atmosphere. Very quite and not much traffic. Plus, very close to a nice park which is ideal for running and easy access to the water. The apartment is wonderfully hygge decorated and has everything you need for a longer stay. Sun rises on the balcony, so it's a nice way to start the morning. Didn't use the rooftop terrace much, but it would be nice in summer. The host left us tea and coffee for our late night arrival and was super responsive to any questions. Finding the lockbox for self check-in can be a little challenging, so make sure to ask for detailed instructions. Very happy with our stay. Would stay again if we return.

We loved this place! It was plenty roomy for our family of 3 with lots of comfortable places to relax. The beds were by far the best we’ve experienced in an AirBnB. The neighborhood is beautiful and, while very busy, quieted down by 22:00 or 23:00 every night, so we could sleep just fine. It was a very quick walk to the nearest Metro, bus stops, public ferry and tour boats- everything was so handy! The host was very responsive and even popped by to replace the router when it died! We highly recommend staying here!

Great welcome in the accommodation, available and flexible, we had a pleasant stay in Copenhagen. I recommend it!

We had a wonderful, quiet time. The house is very homely and furnished with a lot of love for detail. There's nothing missing. The view is magnificent and in the evening at sunset you have the small beach nearby really to yourself.

Again and again, our 3rd trip of many more to come. Fejø becomes a home away from home all thanks to the incredible hospitality of Kate & Nils Erik (from whom we found out he did most of the construction of the house himself). This place will cover you with small little details and an enormous amount of comfort & space. It feels like a new friendship has started and we are very grateful for that. This place is a hidden gem if you live for serene quietness and privacy! We can only but hardly recommend it to for a vacation. Thank You!

The cottage was right next to the water in a cozy little neighborhood. It was quiet beautiful and tranquil. The house was in great condition and perfect to relax in and get into gear. Lovely place.

We stayed at Katharina's beautiful place over New Year's Eve with 4 families and a total of 6 children and had a great time! There is a lot of space and retreat options. The playroom is perfect and the kids loved it. The house is super equipped and was super cozy! Next time would use the upper bedroom but only as a game room. We will definitely be back, next time in summer so we also have something from the pool and tennis court:) Thanks also to Ms. Ms. Marthiensen for the nice welcome!

Very nice and well equipped cottage. Great reception with clear instructions from the host couple. Extra plus with bed linen and cleaning included in the price. The location close to the water line provides the opportunity both for swimming and panoramic views of the Sound, Ven and in clear weather also Denmark from the house and the plot. It is also possible to hike along the Skåneleden trail directly outside the house with a sea view all the way. The property is also close to cities such as Helsingborg, Malmö, Lund and Copenhagen. We can really recommend a stay here.

We stayed at Preben’s place for a week over Easter — me, my wife, our child, and our infant. It was very easy and quick to reach the apartment from the airport using the metro. The apartment had everything we needed to feel right at home, and the location was fantastic.

Stay here if you want to feel like a true local in Copenhagen! The location is 10/10 and the balcony view is the best way to start and end your day. There is an elevator for easy access with suitcases and Carl was able to give us an early check in due to our early arrival. It’s worth noting it does feel like a true Airbnb, like you’re staying in someone’s house with all of their things around (but if you enjoy this - it adds to the charm of feeling like home). There is no aircon which during late August didn’t bother us at all and wasn’t necessary. Overall loved our stay here!

We again had a very nice stay in the apartment. Even though it is the end of November you still have a bright holiday feeling, since at every side of the apartment you have contact with the water. And the apartment feels like home !

It belongs to a relatively high end neighborhood, which is great!Easy to get around, indoor stairs, not very suitable with elderly and special small children.

We had a fantastic time. Beautiful Condo had everything you need, Shop across the street, metro in walking distance and it was very easy to communicate w Tony & Co-Hosts

The flat was clean comfortable, well equipped and brilliantly situated. Claus made a special effort to accommodate our needs, regarding the check in, and we really appreciated that.

Perfect apartment, very well equipped and impeccable. Very easy to find and self-contained access valuable as we arrived late. We also appreciated the fact that the bed was made when we arrived We'll be back with pleasure during a future stay.
