Kim's Place - private beach/ocean view apartment

If you are looking for a room with a view then look no further. Kims Place is in an ideal location, with a NE aspect providing amazing beach, ocean and escarpment views. Ideally suited for couples. It is on the ground floor of our architect designed home. Guests have their own entrance. Kims Place does not provide breakfast but local cafes are within easy walking distance. There is no cooktop or oven in the kitchenette. Guests are encouraged to dine out or use the BBQ on the balcony

Tides Reach Boathouse - water access only

Ahoy! Step aboard your waterfront boathouse 'Tides Reach' - nestled uniquely over the shoreline with an expansive deck to dine alfresco, a deepwater jetty and backyard access to the Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park walking trails. Dive off your private jetty, throw a line from the deck or curl up by the fire with a freshly brewed coffee. It's a water-access only cottage in Pittwater's McCarrs Creek with car parking at Church Point and then catch a short on-demand water taxi. @tidesreach.

Boathouse on the Waterfront

A fully self contained one bedroom boathouse on the calm waters of Dolans Bay with modern kitchen, bathroom/laundry, lounge and dining areas. It has been recently refurbished incorporating an open plan and a spacious deck over the water. You have sole access to the accommodation, deck and BBQ. It is a place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Picture yourself sitting on the deck enjoying a drink or a meal while listening to the birds overhead, or watching the boats as the sun sets.

Pinebar Farm - big 3 brm barn, huge fenced yard.

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars and enjoy home away from home in nature at this pet friendly stay., This barn is located on a pretty 10 acres separate from the main house with a private dog safe yard. Pheasants Nest is located near the thriving town of Tahmoor, situated centrally from local shops, swimming holes, bush walking, the Southern Highlands, wineries, wedding venues, shops, markets, restaurants and more. Enjoy your private stay to unwind and relax.

Private/ self-contained flat, full kitchen/laundry and close walk to Newport and Bungan Beaches. It is a great spot if you're looking to get away to the Northern Beaches for a few days or work remotely at beach-side location. The Bus stop is beside the house for City Express (Approx 1 hr) or Mona Vale for B1 and Manly connections. Keynote: this is a self-contained separate studio attached to the main house, we are close to Barrenjoey road and there is traffic noise.

Careel Chalet - The Fisherman's Shack

Careel Chalet, known locally as The Fisherman’s Shack, is a secluded waterfront hideaway in Avalon Beach. The Fish Shack (Private Path to Beach)

A stylish little studio called 'The Fish Shack'. The studio's sliding doors open onto a pretty garden. We are not beachfront but have a private path which leads directly onto Clareville Beach. The swimming is great and the sunsets are beautiful. The Fish Shack has a comfy queen bed, great shower, yummy linen, towels and wifi! There isn't a kitchen but there is a fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee plunger, juicer.

River Retreat

A beautiful, serene retreat where you don’t have to travel too far to get away from it all. Entry to the stunning Royal National Park trails or the Port Hacking River for swimming, fishing or kayaking is aprox. a 10min walk. 5min walk to the local cafe, fish n chip shop, convenience shop and liquor store. Please be aware: there are 2 levels of external stairs down to the studio.
