Waterfront holiday rentals in Southern Tablelands

we stayed at Charles over the Anzac Day long weekend, it was a great base to visit Questacon, Canberra zoo and Westfield's Belconnen. Check in and check out was quite smooth, Charles was very accommodating to allow us to check in early and was a great communicator. Loved staying here as it was right across the road from the lake so spend afternoons here at the playgrounds and feeding the ducks. We didnt do any cooking, only had breakfast and had enough bowls and cutlery. Only thing missing I noticed was no sugar. overall, very happy and would recommend

Loved staying at Normans property, not only was he an excellent host but the property is in a prime location for coffee shops and restaurants. We have a family of five so finding accommodation for everyone is not easy. We found that at Norm’s place, it was great for all of us. Next time I’m back in Canberra ( be it for work or a family function) & if Norm will have me I’ll be staying there. Thanks Norm.

Silvia's place was perfect for us. Loved the building and it's facilities, so convenient to go downstairs for a coffee each morning. We also hired the hotel's bikes. Comfortable and stylish apartment with lovely balcony and views. Walkable location. Recommended.

Murad met us with the keys and took time to run through check-in/out process. He also gave us great local recommendations and offered us a late checkout due to our flight time. Murad was super helpful and responsive. His apartment is within a short stroll to Lake Burley Griffin, city centre & other great local attractions. Couldn’t have picked a better location nor apartment!

Great place to explore Canberra. Lots of restaurants close by and a great starting point for walks around the lake. Tracy's apartment was clean, had all the amenities you need, and is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Overall 5 stars.

Was a great place to stay. With Woolies and restaurants just downstairs was very convenient. The amenities were also fantastic, a pool, kids room, theatre, amazing views from the rooftop. Jessica was always very responsive. Wouldnt hesitate to stay here again next time we visit Canberra.

The apartment was very clean, cosy and inviting. It was also well equipped. The bar and restaurant in the hotel were a great spot to eat or for a drink. Close proximity to other restaurants, cinema and the lake. If you like exercise you can take a great walk up Black Mountain. Daniel was an attentive and considerate host. We really enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here in Rosedale! The place very large, very clean and the view was like a postcard! Never got old! The house was very well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of hot water for all of us, and the outdoor shower was so nice. So much exploring right from the house, with the bush walking trails and the all the beaches to enjoy. The shells were the most beautiful we have ever seen. Robert was a fantastic host and gave us plenty of local ideas to check out. Our family enjoyed the Mogo wildlife park a lot! Hope to make it back here again one day.

A wonderful, spacious, well stocked home that was perfect for our group of two families (4A, 5C). Super close to the beautiful creek and beach, which is perfect for families. Self contained upstairs and downstairs gave some privacy for each family while still feeling like we were all together. Peaceful garden setting backing onto the creek (bonus; kayaks provided and it's very easy to kayak from the house to the creek by the beach). Kitchen has absolutely everything you need. Quality inclusions throughout, which were just right - good quality but not so fancy that you have to worry the kids will break something priceless! No air conditioning and linen, but this helps keep it affordable. Driveway is steep and requires some skill to navigate as there are three driveways together and neighbours have asked that guests don't use their driveways to turn around. This was ok for us but if you were towing a trailer or not confident reversing it would be difficult. Would love to stay again!

Really great place to stay with the family, dog included! Had all you would need for a great time to call home whilst at the beach. Kitchen well equipped, practical furnishings and beautiful views right from the home. Thanks Sally and Mark!

The view from both inside and outside on from the veranda is just spectacular. So many hours are whittled away staring at the beach and the ocean at all hours. The kitchen was beautifully stocked which gave a home-away-from-home feel. The kids loved utilising the board games that were made available. We loved having such good access to the beach which encouraged multiple visits a day. We have discovered a new gem on the south coast. We will be back again!

This was my first time using AirBNB. So I was a bit skeptical about the whole process. But the hosts were amazing. Seamless process. Location is perfect. Ideally located in a quiet spot on the water away from the noise but just walking to distance to everything. Famous Malua Bay Beach is just 15 min stroll. Best Sunrise views within 2 min walking distance at a look out. Cosey Lilli-Pilli beach within 2-3 min walk. House has a perfect setting for indoor and outdoor sitting.

Shelter at Malua Bay was everything we were looking for after a tiring term. The beautiful bay was literally in our backyard. The views from the expansive deck were amazing and we delighted in swimming in the cool water and hunting for pretty shells. Every night we were lulled to peaceful slumber by the sounds of the crashing waves. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed to prepare our daily meals. A wonderful stay, we will be back!

Lyndall is a fantastic host. She gave clear instructions and lots of great tips on food and activities in the local area. We really enjoyed our stay, the house was beautiful and had everything we needed in a perfect location for a relaxing weekend away.

Stunning views, great location!

Christine’s place is neat, tidy, very clean and ideally located on the Kingston foreshore. I was working all day while in Canberra so it was great to return to a place that was very comfortable and relaxed. The place is well equipped with basic needs and a few extras. It was very clean and was in a good location.

A lovely, squeaky clean apartment in a great location. Beautiful views of the hills of Canberra from the living areas. Really appreciated the bathroom products such as shampoo and conditioner. Would definitely recommend.

The place was absolutely incredible. Location is very scenic, and there are cute cafes nearby. The views were great, especially sunrise and sunset on the first day. We’d love to come back again soon and see more that the kingston area has to offer in a longer stay. Will definitely take up more of the host Lisa’s recommendations.

This stay was located perfectly for the Bateman’s bay foreshore and provided excellent views across the water. The space was generous and provided everything we needed.

The accommodation is Clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Christine, the host, is a superstar! She was responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!
