Perfectly positioned taking in a Northern aspect, literally metres from the Jerrabombera wetlands reserve that lines the shores of Lake Burley Griffin, you will enjoy uninterrupted views over the water and opposing parkland. A close walk to local cafes, restaurants, bars, park lands and boutique shops; everything is at your fingertips.

Enjoy a unique Tiny House that was designed and built on this very farm. "Dovolj | Dobro" is annexed off our 3acre Selah Gardens, which you will have access to. Nestled amongst gum trees overlooking a large dam, it is surrounded by native wildlife and grazing stock. A unique feature of this location is a walking track through our working farm to The Olive View Restaurant, with great food and amazing coffee. In keeping with minimum impact on the environment, it contains a composting toilet.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish & affordable space only a stones throw from secluded Garden Bay beach. A gentle leisurely stroll to Mosquito bay boat ramp and Cafe 366, or head in the opposite direction over the hill to Malua Bay surf beach. A 10 minute drive North to Batemans Bay or South to Broulee. The Garden Bay Beach shack is a self contained, downstairs unit with all mod cons and built for couples, but can accommodate a small child as an extra. Excellent romantic retreat.
