Island holiday rentals in Southern Thailand

The stay was really great. Located at the north end of the island right on a small beach. The water is a bit rocky to go swimming, but it is still a very quiet beautiful beach to relax. We spent most of our time by the large saltwater pool, in the middle of a beautifully blooming green garden. However, the special thing about the stay was the staff, consisting of 3 people. We have never met such warm people who love their job and offer an outstanding service to a very accommodating one (very attentive). They made bonfires for us every night, once even borrowed a fishing rod from a friendly fisherman for the evening or just served us very unexpectedly roasted cashews. In every other resort you are used to having to pay for every service, they just went out of their way to make our stay as beautiful as possible. The restaurant at the property is also excellent,

The views from the villa are stunning. The entrance to the property is something very special. Would recommend all the restaurants a couple of doors along (including the 2 fishes and beach club). The walk to the town along the beach is nice and if wanting a taxi instead these are easy to call or flag down. Great house and host. Recommended.

Writing this review whilst laid on the deck overlooking the Andaman Sea! The Perch Villa is bliss. The Villa its self is so peaceful and just like the pictures, the plunge pool is also perfect to keep cool. Like the other reviews there is construction next door but it didn’t really bother us. Jan, the house manager, was simply wonderful and kindly arranged everything for us before we arrived at the villa - transfers, scooters, onward transfer, nothing was too much trouble and her warm welcome made us feel instantly at home. The Villa is a walk away from the village centre and a few local cafes, restaurants and bars. A short scooter ride opens up more possibilities around the island, especially deserted beaches! We loved our stay and wished we were able to stay longer!

i loved my stay in cocount beach. The room was gorgeous and the experience of sleeping almost "outdoors" was great. Communication was great and Tyler and Wii were kind, helpful and welcoming. The banana pancakes and the restaurant in general are fabulous. The beach and the location are magical. I really hope to be back soon. Thanks a lot 🙏🏻🙏🏻

We were 4 adults and had a lovely stay. Close to shopping, restaurants and many coffee shops. We went to a Muay Thai night and it was very exciting. The pool was amazing and got lots of use. The beds were firm and all was clean. It is very spacious and private. We absolutely loved it! Lots of hot water in the showers and the kitchen was well stocked. We recommend staying here!

Stunning and well equipped apartment with everything you need, great location!!!! In a really beautiful area of the island full of restaurants on the adjacent street, beautiful beaches We arrived with a baby and Guy made sure we had a chair and a bed for her The house is stunning clean and spacious, large rooms large shower Perfect kitchen with all you need to cook on your own 10/10 !!!!! Perfect experience glad we found this place ❤️🙏🏻

the most beautiful villa I've ever stayed in with amazing staff

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay! The property is nestled on top of a hill, offering total calm and quiet — the perfect escape. Every morning, we woke up to the most breathtaking sunrises and panoramic ocean views. The infinity pool was a true highlight, making it feel like you’re floating above the sea. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. We can’t recommend this place enough and would love to return someday!
