Great little studio apartment in the heart of Main Beach. Centrally located so you can park your car and walk to Tedder Avenue, Southport Surf Lifesaving Club, Southport Yacht Club, and Marina Mirage if you wish. Enjoy the beach, the boats, the restaurants and just walking around Main Beach. If you want to go further afield Southport is to the north, and Surfers Paradise to your south. Suitable getaway for one or two people only, but what the place lacks in space it makes up for in character.

Grandpa's Place is a beautiful original Gold Coast home. It was built in the 1880's and has been relocated, renovated and modernised since then. It is clean, tidy, comfortably furnished and ready for your visit. It has indoor and outdoor living areas and under cover, off street parking. It is located in a lovely, quiet and leafy neighbourhood with easy access to the M1, public transport and many amenities within walking distance - including Chirn Park cafes and Gold Coast Aquatic Centre.

This fully self-contained studio is a great place to unwind & relax after a busy day site seeing around the Gold Coast. Located in the suburb of Parkwood, set in a peaceful, tranquil environment. GC Hospital is a 6 min drive or one tram stop away. Parkwood East tram station is a 10 min peaceful walk. Light rail (tram) takes you as far as Broadbeach or connects to the main rail link travelling from Robina to Brisbane. The studio is attached to the end of main house yet very private.
