'Jellybean' is a lovingly restored 1974 TINY houseboat nestled on the mudflats of an RSPB bird reserve on the West Sussex coast. She is one of the smallest narrowboats in the world- 15ft long and 5ft10” high (PLEASE NOTE THE SIZE ). She has all you need to switch off and relax!. The beach is only a 2 minute walk away, and Shoreham by Sea, Worthing and Brighton are all easily accessible. Jellybean is a safe space for solo guests or couples to escape. Outside there's a screened patio area for guests with picnic table, room for bike storage and a parking space (there also an electric vehicle charging point for use by arrangement).

The house is very comfortable, for both families or groups, as both double bedrooms have their own bathroom and there is a third loo downstairs. The kitchen is open plan and fitted with all appliances to make your stay a home from home.

The property is a loft conversion on the first floor of our bungalow. It offers spacious open plan living area and is perfect for couples. Please give us the heads up to know if you need the sofa bed (there is a charge of 25.00 to cover our extra laundry costs). We welcome all couples of every gender type and combination.
