A unique opportunity to stay in a floating piece of artwork. The carapace is an upturned lifeboat hull mounted on a Dodge fire engine. Moored on estuarine mudflats on the River Adur. Cosy sitting room with a wood burning stove and french doors leading to a modern garden with corner sofa and a separate table for alfresco dining. The house is very comfortable, for both families or groups, as both double bedrooms have their own bathroom and there is a third loo downstairs. The kitchen is open plan and fitted with all appliances to make your stay a home from home.

This is a split-level chalet bungalow. Although private, the accommodation is not self-contained and the short hallway is shared with the host. The host is committed to the Enhance Cleaning Process and Safety Requirements created by Airbnb. There is an extra charge for the use of the single room. Price quoted is for 1 or 2 people sharing the double room. Guests have private use of shower/toilet and of the open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area, Smart TV including WIFI.

Stylish 2 Bed Garden Flat Near Sea, Fees Inc.

A stunning apartment (that's what I'm told) in a lovely tree lined street, which considering how close it is to shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, the beach and mainline railway station it is amazingly quiet. Although you can drive here and use the paybyphone app for parking it is so easy to get a train as you really don't need a car to get around the area. Buses are on the doorstep, 2 taxi ranks and virtually everything is in walking distance!!
