Nina's Cottage is a recently renovated holiday home, perfect for up to 4 people (and furry friends). I've lovingly furnished and decorated it to a high standard to make it the perfect base to explore Southwold and the surrounding areas. The house features a cosy lounge with a log burner, a very spacious kitchen and living space, large master bedroom and king size double bed, a twin bed 2nd bedroom, as well as a fully enclosed garden. Ideally placed only a short walk to the high street and beach.

Perfectly located seaside house

*Ask about discounts for single & couple bookings using 1 bed* East Cliff House is a beautiful Victorian cottage with glorious sea views within easy reach of both the beach and high street. Southwold's beach and famous beach huts are just a few off-road steps away and the high street with its independent shops, pubs and eateries are just round the corner. I genuinely love hosting and I prepare the house myself making sure that each guest is carefully catered for and has a very special stay.

Set in a beautiful quiet area with driveway parking. A 20 min walk directly to the seafront and Southwold high street with many well known and independent shops, Pier, Adnams Brewery, pubs, restaurants, bakeries, cafes, marshes, and harbour. The property has key safe entry, a courtyard garden, TVs with Firesticks and WIFI. Fresh towels and bedding are provided. The local shop is just 5 min away, nearest public house is just a 10 minute walk away. The annexe sits next to our main property.

The fully equiped open plan kitchen diner, leads out through bi fold doors onto a patio and lawned garden, perfect for outdoor entertaining. Relax in the lounge on the 2 large sofas watching your favorite programme on the Smart TV. Upstairs you will find 3 comfortable bedrooms, 1x KS with ensuite, 1 x DB and 1 x QS (zip and link bed ), all with smart TVs. The family bathroom is complete with a luxury rain shower.

Family holiday house near the beach

This picturesque Victorian villa has been used by our family as a holiday bolthole for 20 happy years. It has everything: space, a wonderful location and room for six people (and their dogs). The property was fully refurbished five years ago, although you do not need to treat it with kid gloves. It is a lived-in family house that is just a suited to families as it is groups of friends. Refurbed in 2022 to a high standard Jasmine Cottage is a hidden gem on a quiet lane in the heart of Woodbridge. With off street parking for two mid size cars and a south facing (sun trap) garden, Jasmine Cottage is a perfect base for a Suffolk getaway. The cottage happily sleeps four but is perfect as a luxurious retreat for two. Location is amazing - Just a few minutes walk from the Market Hill, the Thoroughfare and glorious River Deben. Dogs welcome (fully enclosed garden).
