Cozy cottage overlooking Öresjö in a quiet residential area close to nature. Sleeping loft with two beds and sofa bed for two persons. Fireplace for cozy fires is available, and firewood is included. The kitchen has an induction stove, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Fully tiled bathroom with toilet and shower and washing machine. The cottage is about 30 sqm and is about 1 km away from the public swimming area, a couple of minutes walk from the lake and with a 20-minute walk to the nature reserve Kröklings hage and Mölarps mill.

Nice lakeside cottage at Öresjö

Unwind in this unique lake cottage in a fantastic location at Öresjön. Quiet location with beautiful sunset. Fishing 🎣 Sofa bed with room for 2 on the ground floor and loft with room for 2 -3 beds/mattresses. Small bathroom/wc. Outdoor sink (dishwashing is done outdoors). In the cottage, however, there is a smaller refrigerator, a simpler hob (double plates) and a microwave oven. 2 grills outdoors (charcoal grill not included). Boat/canoe access Sheets/towels are not included but can be arranged some weeks for SEK 150 per set.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. With a generous double bed and two sofa beds, both the friend group and the big family can fit here. Large social areas to socialize, both inside and out. Newly built wood-fired sauna. The house is located in the forest edge and adjacent to the nature reserve on Rya Åsar. Hiking trails and barbecue areas nearby. Wonderful nature overlooking the city within walking distance. Cross-country ski trails are within 1 km of the property. 5 minutes by car from the city.

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

This small lake house with a fantastic view, is situated right outside Borås by Öresjö lake. The lake is very clean and wonderful for swimming, canoeing and fishing. With a stay in this little house you get the best of two worlds, a typical Swedish country stay, tranquil with only the sound of bird song and the little stream, the friendly town Borås with all the amenities just 10 minutes away, then the big city life in Gothenburg 55 minutes away.

House Kilstrand directly on Lake Säven

The house was renovated in 2017 and impresses our guests with its interior design. Here, solo travelers, couples and families alike feel comfortable. There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option. The house has a rowboat on its own shoreline, sauna. The lake views are magnificent. Netflix TV

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. A small house with morning sun that extends to the afternoon. 300 meters to the swimming lake, 20 minutes into Borås. You are responsible for cleaning, sheets and towels are included or borrowed at a cost of SEK 200 per person. This is paid in cash on site to the landlord. Pet-free and non smoking property. Warm welcome!
