The house was made in 1862 and is 10 minutes by foot from the main port of Spetses and 12 minutes from the old harbour, where all the restaurants clubs and bars thrive of night life. The neighborhood is quite and the tall stone wall around the house provides privacy and calmness. Recently renovated inside has in front a beautiful garden with a barbeque and a comfortable traditional dining area where you can enjoy peaceful moments. If you have seen “Glass Onion: All knives out”, it’s the villa in the intro of the movie (from 13:00-18:00). You can take a sea taxi or horse carriage just 100m from the house. The town center & port of the island is 20min walking distance or 5min by taxi, horse carriage or motorcycle/bicycle.
