The house is located in the village of Cala Pira, within the municipality of Castiadas, and is only 50 meters from the beautiful beach, one of the most fascinating destinations on the southeast coast of Sardinia. The 120 sqm property, including interiors and terraces, is surrounded by 500 sqm of Mediterranean scrub garden.
