We have located only a 5-minute walk from the pebble beaches,restaurants and grocery store.

Stunning waterfront villa with kayaks and SUPS!

Harbour View is a beautiful 2 bedroom house that sleeps up to 6 people in the stunning bay of Bobovisca Na Moru on the island of Brac. The house is in the front row to the sea just a few steps from the beach and incredibly clear waters of the bay. There are 2 stand-up paddleboards and 2 kayaks at the house so you can hit the water as soon as you arrive. The house has been renovated in recent years to a high standard (including a new kitchen in 2022) and has a very large terrace for relaxing on.

Exceptional new holiday villa on Hvar Island

After 5 years of careful planning and construction, Nine Olives Hvar, my purpose-built holiday house was completed in June 2024. It offers exceptional design and views, with magnificent sunsets. Many guests have now enjoyed it. All have praised both the house and location. Nine Olives Hvar is a short stroll to a beautiful beach and swimming area, and to the lovely town of Stari Grad. It is easy to get to by ferry from Split and Dubrovnik. I can promise you a truly memorable vacation. David

Villa Eaglestone -peaceful, isolated, amazing view

Isolated property Villa EagleStone is located on and lonesome place and yet only 5 min drive to the beach and 10 minutes drive to town Makarska with all amenities. The house comprises an open plan living room with kitchen and dining area and a bathroom on the ground floor, whilst the first floor comprises 2 bedrooms (each or them has its own bathroom). The outdoor area has a pool, outdoor solar shower, pergola and dining area, fireplace and has a perfect sea and mountain view. Welcome!

Welcome to our brand new villa Blue horizon, which is located on a top of quiet hill that is overlooking nearby town of Split, sea and islands. Villa consist of 4 bedrooms with double beds, 4 bathrooms and amazingly big kitchen with kitchen island where you can prepare any meal of your dreams :) We our mostly proud on our terrace with heated pool that is overlooking sea, islands, nearby towns and villages and biggest town in Dalmatia - Split. Our brand new luxury villa Joy is located on a wonderful location with beautiful sights and maximum privacy and yet still very close to the all local points of interest. The villa is newly built for maximum comfort and luxury with 4 ensuite bedrooms and all other amenities you can need. A big private heated pool, great jacuzzi for 6, an IR sauna, a private movie theater and gaming room, billiard room, a giant fenced outdoor area with a football field, badminton court or table tennis.
