The space
The granny flat features a well- appointed bedroom with a comfortable queen sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The modern bathroom is equipped with all the essentials, including a refreshing shower. The open - plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchenette, where you can prepare your meals and enjoy them at the dining table or at the outdoor cosy garden.

The granny flat is located behind our 4-bedroom house. Other Airbnb guests will be living there. However, they are not encouraged to access the back side of the house to respect your privacy.

The flat has plenty of natural light from the windows. To ensure your comfort, we have provided an air conditioning unit that will keep you cozy during chilly winter nights and cool during summer days.

Guest access
Guest can enter and leave from behind the house as well, with private access to the car park. We do provide a washing machine for your convenience, please note that there is no dryer available. You can air dry your clothes outside. Alternatively, there is a laundromat called Wash Bar Coin Laundry (2 mins walk) located nearby, where you can use their drying facilities if needed.

PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION THOROUGHLY BEFORE BOOKING. Additionally, when sending a request to book, please provide a proper introduction. Include your name, age group, occupation and your plans for your time in Melbourne for each guest booking.

-Please treat the flat as if it were your own and show it the same respect.

- Kindly avoid making excessive noise or playing loud music past 10 pm.

- A minimum fee of $80 will be charged if you loose the keys of the property or fail to return the keys upon checkout.

- To minimize our carbon footprint, please turn off lights, heaters, air con, and other electrical devices when not in use or when checking out of the house.

- Private parking could be arranged at an extra cost of 10$ a day depending on availability. Please enquire if you need it when booking.
