Super cottage with garden in beautiful rural village. Situated on edge of historic picture perfect Wormleighton village on the border of Warwickshire, Northamptonshire & Oxfordshire.

Recently refurbished with new kitchen, shower room, carpets & underfloor heating. Quaint outside, Modern inside

Banbury, Oxford, Stratford-on-Avon as well as Warwick Castle, Stowe, Silverstone & the Cotswolds not far away. JLR Gaydon 7 miles

Quiet rural countryside location, with the M40 within easy reach

The space
Myrtle Cottage is a three bedroom house

Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a shower room.

Master bedroom has a king sized double bed, second bedroom currently a single bed, third bedroom has a built in single bed, which is slightly higher than a normal single bed.

Downstairs the Kitchen, Dining Area and Lounge Area are all open plan in one large room.

There is a additional room downstairs which can be used as an office/workspace for remote working, or boot room or for dogs or for any use you like during your stay.

Great country cottage for work, rest or play!

Great for a romantic getaway for two, or bring the children and/or the dog.

Enjoy the wonderful Warwickshire countryside, walk the local canals and footpaths, or settle in with a beer by the fire in the many local pubs and restaurants.

Only 15 minutes drive from Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) at Gaydon. 9 minutes from Aston le Walls Equestrian Centre and 10 minutes from Honesberie Shooting School

Car parking on site available for two cars, three cars at a squeeze, but need to make sure access available to house next door

There is a large garden to the front of the house, so you have lots of space outdoors too. The garden is 22m long and 10m wide, but not secure for children or dogs

If you are planning a cycling holiday or want to store your bikes, there in an undercover alleyway at the rear of the house you could store bikes out of the weather, you would just need your own bike locks

The whole house is available for guests for their own use.

If you're looking for somewhere to work or study, the house has a large desk that's available in a separate room downstairs, so you can work away then close the door on work while you enjoy downtime or family time.

Access is to the front of the house through the arched yellow front door. The rear of the house is only accessible in an emergency or with permission - as the area is shared with neighbours.

Other things to note
Please note that the garden isn't child or dog proof. It's quite big, but it's open to the main road at the very bottom and the cottage path is shared with next door.

Also please note the footpath up to the house is original brick, so it's old but a little uneven, so please take very good care.

The path could be slippery in the wet or snow/ice, so please just take your time and use a torch if you have one. There are solar lights in the path to assist

Later Checkout until 11am on a Saturday/Sunday is available on request.
