Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Spoleto

This is a fabulous large private one storey house with a gorgeous safe garden for our dogs. It’s amazing to be so central in Spello with charming streets, restaurants, bars and boutiques and yet still peaceful and quiet in this property with garden. Sitting outside in various seating options was lovely. Manuela was really helpful even carrying some of our luggage from the square to the house while we had the dogs! A lovely bottle of wine and snacks awaited. There were lots of basics provided which was very useful. All clean and authentic with everything you could think of. We wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights though! The walk up the steps to the car park is most definitely well worth it 🥰

We had such a great time with the kids in this beautiful home that we were sorry to leave it. Everything was perfectly equipped. We were impressed by the thoughtful and attentive hospitality towards guests. Thank you so much!

Piero was very responsive. The property was very well equipped and located on beautiful land - surrounded by vineyards and open space across a valley. It was centrally located for our daily trips around Umbria and surrounding regions. It was very easy to get there from Rome airport. Loved the ability to buy / taste their wine which was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again in our travels through Italy.

The place was impeccable and the photos were accurate. Thank you to Federica for her hospitality and kindness, but also for the many suggestions she gave us for our travels. A special thank you to the furry Pearl for the affection she gave us during these 4 days. Accommodation in a perfect location to quickly reach the main destinations such as Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio, Lake Trasimeno or the many wonderful Umbri villages. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming solution, and we hope to see you again soon...

Agriturismo Fonte Sala is very well kept up and in a beautiful setting. The apartment is as advertised. Both Lorenzo and Geanina were very helpful. We did have an intermittent issue with wifi, but that was probably due to the heavy rain and wind, as we had some issues with internet access via cellular as well. We would stay here again.

Rossella was extremely helpful and kind. The accommodation is very spacious, very clean and equipped with every amenity. My family and I had a great time, we'll definitely be back!

Peaceful retreat, character, and stunning views

We were there for 4 nights in early April. Extremely clean apartment, clean amenities and very comfortable double bed. Very clear, meaningful decor without the usual dust collectors. Andrea is very friendly and will get back to you as soon as you contact him or need help. (Even though we didn't use it), the provision of coffee capsules, various breakfast jam shops, Italian breakfast particles, small welcome beers, water and chips represent Andrea's care for his guests. Wine bottles (very good wine!) can be consumed at a very cheap cost price, which ends the evening in front of the fireplace (pellets) wonderfully. The traffic of the exit road takes some getting used to, especially in the morning hours. But either you get used to it and hide it, or use the individually hygienically packaged earplugs provided by Andrea. We will certainly not have been guests there for the last time. Thank you.

Words can’t describe how beautiful this little restored village is - if you are seeking for a tasteful arranged place where you are all by yourself, surrounded by pure nature and a few other guests (that respect your privacy) this is where you should go. Highly recommended!!

Good week in this house

This place was gorgeous and so perfect for a stay in Tuscany! Alistair and Maria were very friendly and accommodating and even made us a couple of drinks by the pool side. Definitely recommend

Wow, what a beautiful spot, secluded but centrally located so that it is an easy drive to so much of the umbira/tuscany area. Simona was so helpful, responsive, and generous and we felt right at home. Highly recommended!

we only stayed one night, we wanted to visit Terni and the waterfalls. So we were only in the house long enough to put down our suitcases and then the night and then we got ready the next morning to check out. In any case, I report: very tidy house with everything you need; clean bathroom and overall very clean villa. The villa is not far from the Basilica of San Valentino while to reach the center of Terni, you need to travel by car. Maurizio is really helpful and friendly, highly recommended accommodation 🤠

The place is as pictured, in the Tuscan countryside. A slice of paradise where you can only hear the sounds of nature. The host and his son were super friendly and helpful in accommodating our requests. We had the opportunity to check in early and late check-out. The house is spacious and equipped with everything you need. The pool is great for relaxing and the outdoor table great for outdoor dining and grilling. We'll definitely be back

Our stay at Giovanni’s was incredible. He went above and beyond to cater to our needs. It was perfect for our family with young children.. a wonderful private property with plenty to do, but no need to even leave the property if you don’t want to (especially with such a wonderful pool area). Giovanni and Paolo were great at communicating and did everything they good to help us, even when we had special requests.

Angela's apartment is on the ground floor of a beautiful building with olive trees park just outside the walls of Assisi. We especially appreciated the location, which allows you to reach the historic center of Assisi on foot, and the possibility of free parking in the park of the villa.

When you stay with Fulvia you feel like you are a long lost relative coming for a visit! The surroundings are calming and picturesque and the home has a wonderful history as a restaurant. The house is very warm and inviting and spacious but maybe not good for those who crave minimalism. The AC works well and although there is no pool, the hot tub became a nice cool soak at night. She gave us a cooking class which was a wonderful experience and she arranged the menu around our likes and dislikes. She also had great recommendations for towns to visit and places to eat and also organized a wine tour close by. She and her family live on the ground floor, but it still feels private in the outdoor areas. We stayed there after a few days in Florence on our way to Rome and it was half way in between, so it was great location to visit towns on the way in and on the way out.

Stefano is a great host. He is very warm and friendly, his suggestions helped us a lot. House is in quiet place, but nearby all interesting cities. All recommendations!

Staying in Gabriella and Luca's farmhouse was like a breath of fresh air! We were greeted by Luca, very kind, who provided us with very clear directions on the area. But even before our arrival we received precise and detailed directions on how to get to the farmhouse. The place is wonderful and the surroundings are beautiful. The house is very well kept, as well as the antique and valuable furniture that we greatly appreciated. We would have liked to stay more than two days, but surely, when we return to the area, the farmhouse will be our first choice. Thanks again to Gabriella and Luca!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Lidia, and I can confidently say it was one of the best travel experiences I've ever had! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and stunning views that took our breath away. The location is simply perfect—a peaceful retreat in the middle of an olive yard. The recommendations provided by our host were spot-on, guiding us to hidden gems that we would have missed otherwise. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool area, where we spent sun-soaked afternoons relaxing and enjoying the peaceful ambiance. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploration. Overall, Villa Lidia exceeded all our expectations. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a family retreat, this is the place to be! Beautiful accommodation in the magnificent Tuscan countryside, between vineyards and olive trees. At the same time you are just a few minutes' drive from the beautiful center of Arezzo. Bianca was a very kind, caring and discreet host. Highly recommended!

Great place as pictured. We had trouble finding it at first, but it was our GPS issues. Giulio was responsive when I contacted him. Unfortunately it rained every day we were there. So we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful outdoor areas.
