We spent a lot of time an effort creating something that you'd want to come back to and we can't wait to welcome you! It's newly refurbished with a private entrance and lock key box, only 2 minutes walk from the train, 3 minutes from bars, restaurants and shopping, and 6 from the beach. With a comfortable king size bed with hotel bedding, 42" tv and a rainfall shower in the travertine mosaic tiled wet room. Free parking outside outside 11-1pm on weekdays and all the time 50m up the road.

Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

Cool, simple, stylish studio, with a hint of 80s retro, in St Leonards-on-Sea. Ideally located just 5 minutes from the train station and Kings Road with its cafes, restaurants and mid-century antique shops. The best bars in St Leonards are also in the area. The beach and famous Goat Ledge Cafe are another minute or two's stroll. This first floor flat has great views of St Leonards stretching down to the sea. Hastings Old Town is also just a 5 minute drive away. Free parking.

This raised ground floor apartment has direct sea views in an architect refurbished 1838 Decimus Burton house. The apartment is exceptionally spacious, with light and airy decor and a selection of original artwork. It is a wonderful space to relax, admire the sea views and watch the world go by. The apartment and entire building have been restored , it has a modern spacious kitchen and living room with underfloor heating. There is a South facing balcony with sea views.

The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area.
