“JoAnn is an amazing host! She is mindful and strikes a perfect balance between being available and allowing space. It is not easy to share a home with someone, but JoAnn does it with kind graciousness! Because the room is on the third floor, there are stairs-but the plus side is it is extremely quiet AND you get daily exercise 😊! I enjoyed being able to walk anywhere-to the park, the gardens, to church, for coffee or a bite. As a single woman I felt completely safe. I highly recommend JoAnn’s place!”

“Gilda’s place met all of our expectations and then some. It was a perfect place for my daughter and I to stay while looking for grad school housing and it was nice to stay in a private and clean space during COVID-19. We were able to maintain physical distancing by staying here and enjoying quiet evenings and local takeout for our dinners. The small kitchen area was perfect for making breakfast and a light lunch too. Gilda was quick to respond to my questions and check-in and check-out were easy. It is a very peaceful, and comfortable space. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Stephanie’s place is centrally locates located with lots of restaurants nearby and the neighborhood is very quaint and cute. It can always be a challenge to find places to stay when you’re traveling with dogs so I was very fortunate to have run across this cute tiny house. The fenced front yard was super convenient for letting my dogs out, bed was comfy, and the unique decorating touches throughout made the place feel very cozy. I would recommend this place to anyone.”
