“Gilda's place was great. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Her place was a great size for two and had lots of stylish touches and decor. The bedding was very comfortable as well. I would highly recommend staying here!”
The 3rd floor bedroom has a private bath, separate heating & air conditioning and jacuzzi tub. You are welcome to share the kitchen & laundry. All utilities plus wifi included.
“JoAnn is an amazing host! She is mindful and strikes a perfect balance between being available and allowing space. It is not easy to share a home with someone, but JoAnn does it with kind graciousness! Because the room is on the third floor, there are stairs-but the plus side is it is extremely quiet AND you get daily exercise 😊! I enjoyed being able to walk anywhere-to the park, the gardens, to church, for coffee or a bite. As a single woman I felt completely safe. I highly recommend JoAnn’s place!”

“Stephanie and Andy were lovely hosts. Their space is so cute and cozy. We loved the set up and our pups loves the little yard and cool floor. We stayed during Covid so there wasn't a lot open on the street but it was a nice area with great buildings and parks. The apartment was also quiet as it was pushed back from the street. We're bummed we hadn't booked a longer stay, but would definitely stay here again.”
