Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in St. Thomas Parish

I had the pleasure of staying at Wade's house, and everything about it was fantastic! The house was spotless, roomy, and exquisitely furnished—exactly as promised. The amenities were perfect, and the beds were great. The location was ideal for visiting shopping centres, beaches and restaurants. The host was very considerate and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, including snacks and advice on the area. Check-in went smoothly, and communication was swift and simple. Overall, anyone travelling to Portmore or Kingston should definitely check out this place. When I visit the area again, I will most certainly stay here!

I had a wonderful time at annalisa's place! my son enjoyed the backyard and the place was so peaceful to stay at. it would have been more convenient if we had more spoons, a cutting board and a working ice maker but made due with what was available. a suggestion in regards to having more than one fan would have been great to have in each room for when we didn't want to use AC. the host responsiveness and kindness was a huge plus too! me and my family look forward to visiting again soon. if you want some where that is quiet and a home away from home with pleasant neighbors this is the area for you and kids friendly.

I enjoyed my stay at Martin's place .It was secured ,Sparkling clean. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the AC unit at this Airbnb (living room). It made my stay comfortable and enjoyable, even, cooled the room very quickly. Kudos to the host for investing in a top-notch AC system! I was also able to do my laundry at my convenience with a modern washer and dryer. I would definitely be booking here each visit to Ja. The host was very accessible and helpful it was obvious he's about pleasing his guests, knowing they had choices.

We had a wonderful time at this apartment during our second visit to Spanish Town. A definite highlight was the private pool. Fantastic for relaxing and cooling off. We also really valued the peace and quiet of the location, which made for a very relaxing stay. The apartment itself is well-equipped, providing everything needed for a comfortable and convenient visit. Communication with the host, Nordia, was excellent. She was always easy to reach, responded quickly, and was consistently very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, this provided a great base for exploring Spanish Town again. Given the comfortable apartment, lovely pool, quiet setting, and responsive host, we happily recommend it and hope to return to the area.

This is such a lovely place in the hills just near port antonio town. The views are breathtaking and you will see so many different landscapes depending on the weather. The apartment is well fitted, clean and very comfortable. For the first 2 nights there were two of us and for the next 2, it was 4 - we all had plenty of space and were comfortable. The local community are friendly and helpful and there are lots of food options, shops etc within close reach. Jasti and Deme (and their family) are wonderful people - made us feel so at home. You can tell they put love and care into hosting from how the apartment is furnished and things like supplying beach towels. I would say this is more of a vintage jamaica experience, you will hear birds and chickens for example. There are a few steps to climb to access the amazing views, which is well worth it. I 100% recommend and look forward to staying again some day. Thank you for having us.

From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the quality and the comfort of this apartment. The amenities were truly top notch, modern and clean, and thoughtfully designed. The host response was prompt and incredibly helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in. One of the highlights was the outdoor spaces; the building boasts beautifully landscaped gardens and relaxing common areas e.g. pool area. The balcony was the perfect spot for me to enjoy my morning blue mountain coffee while soaking up the city and hill views - a real oasis. Conveniently located, the apartment is surrounded by excellent shopping facilities and a variety of restaurants and things to see and do: Bob Marley Museum, Devon House, Hope Gardens etc. Most importantly the security measures made me feel completely safe and at ease throughout my stay. I couldn't recommend this apartment enough - a perfect blend of comfort, convenience and luxury. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Thank you so much!

Hi, it was my forth time visiting Julia's home, and 3rds time the same apartment, I always had a great time here and feel like at home, the apartment is spacious, nice, organized, and clean, also has an amazing balcony, birds are singing and the nature in the yard is awesome as well. Great place, + the botanical garden is at a walking distance.

It was raining when I arrived with my elderly Mom , brother , sister in law and nephew. Selena graciously met us with an umbrella. If you like a responsive host, a serene environment, a clean , nicely decorated space , hot water showers, a view of a beautiful mountain range , access to a backyard and a pool you will love Selena’s Air B n B

This was a great place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in what was like a home away from home. Michael, the host was responsive and immediately dealt with any queries we had. We first stated there for seven days, then left for the countryside and returned for another five days until we left the island. Michael was able to add another night to our previous booking. He was a great host and I can’t stress that enough. I hope people who get the chance to stay there will treat it as they would their home. Thanks for hosting us Michael.

Lovely apartment with surprise amenities (drinks, snacks, water). kids loved the pool, smart TVs, and large living room. Sam was friendly, responsive, and punctual. highly recommend. would definitely stay again.

Before diving into details about the Airbnb, I want to take a moment to highlight Nicolas for his exceptional service. From the very beginning, he was responsive, respectful, thoughtful & incredibly accommodating. What truly sets Nicolas apart is his situational awareness—when we arrived, he didn’t just greet us at the property; he ran to help carry as much of our luggage as he could. Big shoutout to you, Nicolas! The airbnb is fantastic. It’s spacious, thoughtfully designed, and modernly furnished. The smart locks on both the gate and front door added a greater sense of security. The highlight, however, was the view. You're surrounded by breathtaking scenery—mountains, lush trees, and endless blue skies. You'll be close to a variety of dining and entertainment options. Some are just a 10-minute walk down the road, others a quick 5-minute drive. Only recommendation: the mattresses be updated. That said, definitely not a deal breaker. I give both the host & accommodation a solid 5/5.

If you are looking for a resort feel without the people this condo is perfect. The host and her husband did a great job communicating with us before the trip and around the time we checked out. The location feels very safe and it is quiet. There is a lot of food near by. It is in an area with a lot of locals so be polite.
