Our little guesthouse is located in the Central valley. It is nestled in an almond orchard on our family farm. Only a 1/2 mile from Highway 99 it has easy access to many of California’s beautiful sights. This home includes a cozy living room, two bedrooms (with a queen bed and a full bed) and a minimally stocked kitchen. It does include a Keurig. Only five minutes away are plenty of choices of fast food restaurants and grocery stores. There is also laundry soap available for washing clothes.

Separate Apartment!!! The Sturdy Ranchette

This is a great COVID SAFE separate studio apartment on my property. We are located outside of Modesto/Riverbank, on the path to Yosemite National Park. This space is perfect for traveling nurses or medical professionals. Due to the COVID19 pandemic, I have intensified my cleaning/sanitizing per Air B&B protocols. My son and I maintain the room and property. Feel free to wander the yard and meditate. I just completed a full remodel of the back yard and it is extremely peaceful here.

It is just outside of Linden town center where you can get basics and is great proximity to adventures in Yosemite or Big Trees. A great place to stop over on your way to an adventure in the Sierra's. A historic farming community delicious to visit during cherry season!
