The property is a self-contained annex built onto a bungalow. There is off-road parking for 2 cars. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a shower room and a room with kitchen, dining, and lounge areas. There is a decking area & a shared garden. WiFi included. It is within 10 minutes’ walk of Earlsdon (with its restaurants, cafes, pubs, and coffee shops) and Canley Ford nature reserve. A light and bright modern studio in a recently built complex with a fully equipped kitchen and all the facilities required to ensure a homely and comfortable stay. Located next to Coventry University and a few minutes walk to the city centre and all its central attractions. CBS arena, JLR, Warwick uni are all easily accessible by public transport. Refurbished in July 2023 and including free Wi-Fi & Netflix this is an ideal space for a city break, work trip or for any visiting academics.

It is very private, within walking distance to the NAC, less than ten minutes in a car to Leamington and Warwick University, fifteen to Warwick & twenty minutes to Stratford upon Avon. On the edge of open parkland, you can walk or run without meeting a car and you are welcome to use our 10 acres of beautiful private virgin woodland.

A high quality self-contained ground floor annexe which is part of the main house, but with totally separate access consisting of a double bedroom, lounge and shower room with free onsite parking. We are a short walk from the central campus of Warwick University and only 3 miles from the centre of Coventry and train station. There are also many other towns within easy reach such as Stratford upon Avon, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Kenilworth and Birmingham.
