Come spend a night, or an entire wknd out in the cold...in a luxury hot tub! Enjoy a spacious, 2 bdrm, two BR pet and 420 friendly brick ranch with tasteful decor on a corner lot. W/D, full access garage and screened in porch with fenced in yard. House fits 4 comfortably, but hot tub fits 7. Let me know if we need to discuss sleeping arrangements for more than 4 guests. Spacious and comfortable home built in 1886, located in Tonica IL, right next to Starved Rock State Park. Independently owned and operated, the Blue House, a bit rustic and a bit quirky best describes the appointment and decor of our beloved former home. Three bedrooms can sleep 10 all together, with a fold out sofa downstairs. Large front and back yards on a very quiet street. Owners live just across the street if you need anything!
