Dining and living room with 50" TV, fibre optic Wi-Fi, and a relaxing balcony with a hammock. About 900 metres from the village of Pescador de Barra Grande and 3 km from the centre of Maragogi. The quietest place in the area, opposite the natural pools and a few metres from Caminho de Moisés and Praia de Antunes. Private parking, we have a day and night caretaker. The house is in an APA area, 100 meters from the sea, where at night, you sleep with the sound of the waves. Visitors are welcome, but parties and noise are not allowed. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs and a mezzanine overlooking the coconut grove and mangrove. In all, there are 6 beds, 2 full beds and 2 single beds, in the mezzanine. We have access ramps, wide doors for better wheelchair access. Children are welcome. Pets will be allowed, but we warn you about the dogs in the area. Enjoy!
