Apartment well organized and equipped. It does not have linen and towels, but the host advised. Good location, great value for money.

The flat is located in an excellent area of the city, very new and safe, and better, at a fair value. The common areas are great, the pool has a beautiful view of the city. The apartment offers everything for a comfortable and peaceful accommodation. Layanne is super attentive and helpful responding to all my doubts promptly. It was very worth it!

I am very grateful to Bruno and Lucas for all the affection and welcome in their home. They welcomed us at a very difficult and trying time, but we felt very good with all the affection received from this team. I highly recommend it. The space is excellent, but the contact with the hosts is warm, welcoming and humane. Thank you very much for everything you did for my family. Keep it up, you are on the right track. Very good site, the very safe neighborhood. Everything near, was walking to the market, fitness center, restaurants and bars. The impeccable apartment (I just missed a frying pan and a jar of water/juice). They can arrange this for the other guests. In the most complete apartment. It had bed linen and towels for all guests, face towels and floor mat for the spare bathroom. O José very attentive at check-in and checkout. Only compliments on the building as well, which looks more like a luxury property. The always well-educated concierge, we had no trouble getting in and out. Our family loved the stay and only compliments to the host. Thank you so so much!

Apto exactly as described. Very well equipped and you note the affection and care that the apt is maintained. They provide kindnesses: coffee powder, toilet paper, water filter, things that at first are basic for a stay, until you have time to go to the supermarket, but that most common stays do not offer. I must return to Goiânia next month and will certainly try to return if it is available on the date!

despite a small mismatch at the check in, the stay was perfect. the accommodation is practically inside a gallery with shops, nearby restaurants and a very busy square in the front. the place is not so quiet at night, as it is first floor and shop back where it has a game shop that runs late into the night. But very comfortable.

The property is better than in the photos. I strongly recommend staying in this property, especially if you need to get around the neighborhood. I also point out that Luís is a great host. I only have compliments to do.

Great place! Very nice apartment, all clean and new!

The apartment very well equipped as in the pictures, served us perfectly. Both check-in and check-out were super-fast, we had no problem. Everything is very well organized and clean. The condominium itself is outstanding. The river runs until 6 pm, while the pools run until 23 hrs. The restaurant however does not have many options, at least not for lunch. But overall it's a pretty good place.

Cintia was always very attentive with us and made clear the rules of the place, which were followed to the letter. The site was according to the description and was very quiet. i recommend it.

Danilo's apartment was extremely clean and organized. We were on the property quickly, only for a night's sleep after a long journey and were able to rest perfectly. I already knew the condominium/development but since I was the first time until today it has improved a lot. The staff are very polite, the place is airy and has a lot of privacy. One thing I loved was the fact that the apartment was turned to a forest and not to the leisure area. This made all the difference for me because we were able to rest and enjoy the view of the trees in a rainy night. We love it and will definitely be back.
