The Preguiças River passes through the condominium's backyard, a beautiful pier for resting with benches and a view of the river, with a ramp for boats and jet skis. The house is in a gated community with a 24-hour guardhouse, close to banks, markets and pharmacies, snack bars and etc. Super ventilated and illuminated property, fully air-conditioned and facing the sunrise. The house is very well equipped, with bed linens available.
