Rafael is a very communicative and proactive host, always willing to help, and gave me the necessary information. I feel very welcome by him and his chicks who are very quiet and friendly. I loved the stay, I definitely recommend it.

New place, quiet and all new! A note for who is staying if you are driving, as there are no trades near the stay. But super recommend calm to stay, especially for those who go to work !!

Our stay was extremely pleasant, super cozy apartment, all beds comfortable, bedding and bath linens available. Super clean and organized apartment. Quiet place to rest, easy to access, very close to the mall. The hostess is extremely polite, she welcomed us with a delicious lemongrass tea to help us relax.

I needed to stay with Clêuma at a very delicate time in my life, with a loved one interned and she was of immense delicacy and gentleness, allowed me to check in in in advance and gave me a lot of flexibility to change one of the guests, she requested and answered me always very quickly and politely. These gestures made all the difference to me, I felt welcome and at home, sure when I need I will stay with her again.

The host was very cordial and helpful from the time of booking. The space was clean and the condominium was very pleasant. The only points for improvement would be: update a photo of the kitchen because today there is no microwave and in the photo, and if possible include stools to eat at the counter. Today there is only a children's table and the sofa to sit. Not that this was announced, so it was in line. Although there is no microwave, the kitchen is well equipped, we made breakfast peacefully. The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator, so if there is any difficulty in locomotion, but in our case it was not a problem. Overall, great value. The village served us very well, it would come back quietly. Congratulations to the host.

Ar -conditioned new and all working well(indispensable item in Cuiabá) ! Good electric showers, new refrigerator, beds and good wardrobe. I stayed with children and our stay was great. All-screened windows. Safe and nice condominium. Super indico and I'll be back FOR SURE! Hire WITHOUT FEAR!
