Great stay. Apto well located, easy check in, since the building has a porter, apt equal to the photos, well located, on the edge of the São Francisco River, well clean, kitchen with all utensils, left several bottles of 1.5L water, which were very useful, since we arrived late at night, rooms with air conditioning working perfectly, a bedroom suite and a social bathroom, which facilitates a lot for 4 people, high floor, which makes the living room well ventilated, balcony with river view, which is amazing and SmartTV with plenty of cable channels. I highly recommend and I intend to return soon.

the apartment is very good. well located, with a market, snack bar, gas station, hospital, pharmacy and restaurants nearby. the only thing missing was a shower in the pot, but I think this will be resolved after the suggestion.

Apt well located. Proximum has a supermarket, pharmacy and even a fruit shop. There is an academy next door, too. Simone was a great host and she answered us whenever we need it. The kitchen is complete and ready for longer stays. I recommend it.

The stay was good. José responded promptly whenever I needed anything . The place is good and the location quiet. It's not that far away from the waterfront. By car about 5 minutes away. It has a nearby avenue with bakeries and restaurants.

I had a wonderful stay with Yuri. He always responded quickly and solved all problems swiftly. The garden is beautiful and very quiet, a great place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the village. He also always had good tips, ask for the best Acai, he will recommend you a great place. The dogs are very friendly and there is also a very cuddly cat. All in all, a lovely stay.

Very beautiful and comfortable house with very nice outdoor area. Since it's inside the space with other chalets, we think it's pretty safe. Just two caveats: the TV with Netflix that was in the listing was not available (and as we were with children it made a difference) and few utensils in the kitchen. But we'd like to come back for sure. We'll plan for the next season.

The building was exactly like the pictures advertised, with some Thamiriz pampering that made a difference. Speaking of Thamiriz, she was extremely attentive, responded super quick to our contacts, and gave us some valuable local tips and contacts. The house is in the Preá on a street near the central part, to go to the beach on foot or by car, with a single caveat about the city, it has many bumps, if it is by car, pass carefully, some are super high. Finally, you won't regret staying at the Thamiriz property. Note 10!
