Single room in the heart of Bom Fim.

Large, well-lit, ventilated and quiet single room. 120m² apartment, in the heart of Bom Fim neighborhood (central region of the city), with banks, supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants, various transport options, UFRGS and all Bohemian life nearby. We're a young couple, no discrimination. We have two cats, very quiet and sociable. We speak English and Spanish, love to travel and are passionate about art.
