The house is another spectacle apart with a wonderful décor, super clean, wide backyard both in the front and back mt well cared for with barbecue and shower. The 2 bedrooms are air-conditioned, in the living room and in the master bedroom it has a signature tv with many channels available. The location is perfect in an excellent neighborhood, middle crown and 2 blocks from the beach near everything, pharmacies, markets, etc., I finally recommend with my eyes closed the accommodation of Roque.

The house conforms to the listing, cozy all clean towels and linens. The house was very clean too, but the kitchen roof is peeling and falls over the whole kitchen and whatever has eating the table or cooking. But we took the good days, always capping things. What I did not pay attention to was the check-out which was at 9 am, I have used the platform since 2017 and I have never seen a ckeck-out so early, I was with an elderly woman of 76 years and a child of 3 years and was very pulled, I had to wake up early to give coffee and leave the house organized. The host even offered me to stay until later paying half a day, but it didn't make up for it, it was better with the value of the daily sock to go to a restaurant for lunch. But in the end it all worked out. we left at the agreed time of the listing. Marcos and Andreia that received us were very helpful.

It was a great stay, I was able to make my meals and the house had the necessary items, by car from about 5 min to the sign of Aracaju, I heard some noises in the work next door but as an early agreement it didn't bother me. It would return again for sure !

The accommodation was wonderful, clean, new and affordable apartment. The residents of the condominium are very friendly. The neighborhood is safe allowing us to walk! Easy to catch uber for anywhere! Our stay was sensational! Super indico.

We stayed from 12/26/2024 to 01/03/2025. Super clean apartment, very ventilated, very helpful hosts, there are supermarkets, pharmacy, 24-hour concierge, gym (our flight arrived 2:00 a.m. and the host let us in earlier). I recommend it to anyone interested in renting!

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, has many kitchen utensils ( more even than in the photos), cozy bed and sofa, with a good quilt... Everything is very cozy, the location is great, there are many options of markets nearby, in addition to the vendors' stands in the vicinity, it is 10 mins walk from the waterfront where there are many options of good restaurants tb. The building is excellent, friendly staff, a great gym, children's space, game room and pool. Rafael is a very attentive host, worried about his guests, always responded with attention to any questions we had, he received us full of pampering, with regional sweets... I felt at home...
