Our cottage

Our cottage is a place for anyone who likes to recharge their batteries in nature - whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak and pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it might not look like it at first glance, there are neighbours in the area, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

The villa is located in a quiet location and has its own parking space for residents. The apartment is located on the top floor and is stylishly furnished to satisfy demanding guests, but the interior also remains true to the original style. The interior has been completely refurbished, with a focus on detail, comfort and functionality. The centrepiece of the studio is a spacious and exceptionally comfortable bed with a high-quality mattress, guaranteeing perfect rest after a day spent exploring the city. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy home cooking while away from home.

A quiet, romantic apartment right in the center overlooking the castle has original renovated wooden floors, there is a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and a coffee machine. The apartment has its own bathroom with a toilet. SMART TV with Netflix and strong WIFI. Smoking is forbidden! DOGS are also NOT ALLOWED due to the historic floors. The apartment is designed as a partially separated room with a double bed and a kitchen with a small couch, where another person can sleep if necessary. Elevated ground floor, 7 stairs.

Furnished two-room ground-floor apartment 2+kk, size 40 m2, is located in a historic villa - Villa Harmony, from 1910, in a quiet neighborhood, near the castle and the Jelenka park and parking lot. The apartment includes a room with a double bed and a fully equipped kitchenette, a room with two separate beds, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet, and an anteroom. The bathroom with toilet is pass-through when going to the second room - it is located between two rooms.

The attic space is adapted to a duplex apartment with a total living area of over 100m² for 2-5 people. In order to preserve the authenticity of the land, we have resigned to the construction of the walls between the room, the whole apartment is made up of a single volume, from which only the bathroom with WC is reserved. The bedroom for 3 people is located on the hambálkách. For 2 people a 2-bed room is provided in the living area.

Welcome to this spacious and serene accommodation. The cottage is located in a garden full of flowers, trees, strawberries, hydrangeas, butterflies and songbirds. You will share the garden with us. We love animals, nature and the dog Pátek, who lives with us. LIPAA is 3 minutes from the bus station. You can run down the hill to the center in less than 10 minutes. Parking is included, city tax 50 CZK/person/day.
