Welcome to our beautiful mini-house located on a beach property, a short drive from Preikestolen. The guest house is for two people with a 160 cm bed, parking space just outside the door, wireless internet, smart TV, kitchen with hotplates, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all kinds of utensils (pots, plates, glasses etc). Bathroom with shower and toilet inside the guest house. Underfloor heating in the bathroom. Wall-mounted panel heater in the main room. The guest house has a private entrance and is separate from the house, only 17 sqm.

Beautiful boathouse at Fogn in Ryfylke

The boathouse is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. The boathouse has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is located southwest-facing which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh items for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything served and sold is made here.

Apartment in Stavanger city center

The property is newly renovated and has a very central location in Stavanger, with direct connection to everything the city center has to offer. Nearby is Breiavatnet, the train station and the bus terminal, and there is also a short walking distance to many restaurants, a rich cultural offer and hiking opportunities. In the backyard there is access to a common patio. The airy living room is in an open solution to a practical kitchen, and in the living room there is also a foldable staircase up to a loft/alcove of approx. 6 sqm.

It's only one hour drive from Stavanger and the airport. 10 min walk to public beach. All on one level, 150m2. Large private parking. Jacuzzi and big terrasse. Enjoy the beauty of Lysefjorden and the surroundings. Great area for hiking. Ask us for advice! We've got several good hikes and interesting sites to recommend! 🙂 Our listing is perfect for two persons. We also welcome families with kids, but are not able to host larger groups. For groups of adults, maximum four persons. For guests from Europe: we've relisted our 120 old Farmhouse in Mandal (30 min. from Kristiansand). Let us know if you're interested in combining the Fjords with the south.

Sit down for several days and go on great hikes and mountain peaks from the exit door. Five minutes hike away you can go swimming in a river with fresh mountain water. Short distance to Jørpeland city centre (10 min walk, 5 min to drive) with all necessary shops available.
