This is a new built villa with beautiful sea view from all bedrooms and living room. -There are 3 bedrooms,3 bathrooms, laundry-room with washing machine and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. -Central air condition unit for cooling & heating with panels in each bedroom to adjust the temperature. -Outdoor area has a private pool and a smaller pool with hydro massage. There you will find comfortable sun-beds with thick leather mattress,a dining area and a gas barbecue.

The Venetian Residence is the ideal spot to explore the old city of Chania but also the countryside of the region. The nearest beach is 10 min. on foot.
