Catcott has 2 friendly local pubs (although King William is currently shut) who do great food within walking distance.

The Space: The Shire is a self-contained annexe, offering privacy & comfort for your stay. The space includes a bedroom (double bed), a en-suite with shower, & a cozy living area. There is also a kitchenette .

The Snug at Mill Barn - rural retreat

Tucked away in a peaceful location, this new open plan conversion was finished in September 2019. Completed to a high standard, this cosy space provides an idyllic hideaway. Stockland and Steart Marshes can be accessed immediately opposite the Snug and the coast is five minutes drive away. Ideal for country walks, cycling and bird watching. A selection of walks to explore are provided by the owners. Ample parking and use of owners tranquil garden for relaxation. Perfect escape for couples.

The Old Stables

Right on the edge of nature reserves this is perfect for cyclists and bird watchers. In the winter months you can witness the famous murmurations. Wedmore is situated on the edge of the Mendip Hills and Somerset Levels, and is close to three incredible nature reserves as well as Cheddar Gorge, Wells and Glastonbury. This is a great place for bird watchers and wildlife lovers, with excellent opportunities for walking and cycling right from the front door!

The Piggery is a tranquil, stand-alone wood-cabin in the beautiful Somerset countryside. Ideal for short breaks for those who want somewhere quiet and like to get out and about. Situated on our organic small-holding, it has a kingsize bed, ensuite, a TV, wifi and kitchennette facilities - kettle, microwave, fridge. We're 8 mins from the M5, with Taunton, Glastonbury, Street and Wells a few miles drive. Our village has a pub that serves excellent food and a convenience store 2 miles away.
