Holiday rentals with a patio in Stella Maris beach

María Teresa was really nice and communicative. The apartment itself suited our needs and was clean and functional. Just a couple things to note are that you pay separately for the energy you use (including for AC), this was fine except that we didn’t realize how difficult it would be to try to do a digital payment as a non-Brazilian. Would recommend paying before you leave in cash or send through Airbnb’s Resolution Center (had to google it to figure this out). Also the kitchen is functional but has minimal cooking equipment. Otherwise everything was good and we enjoyed our stay.

Local is loyal to the listing, good size, comfortable, very well located and the hostess is sensational and was very attentive and careful. The apartment is on the shade side, cool, very close to the bar lighthouse, in a quiet and easy to access building. I recommend and would definitely come back.

Mariana's apartment is exelente to spend a few days of city and beach in Salvador. Mucos restaurants Cerca , la playa 5 minutes, locomocion almost at the door, a counseling service always pending. Important apartment was clean and had multiple air conditioning systems. If I can get back to SSA, I'm sure I'll try to take this home.

Simply wonderful! Much comfort and convenience in the apartment. Very well equipped, with furniture, appliances, excellent quality cooking utensils, all new. Flawless, soft, plush linen and towels. All parts with air split. Sacada with sea view, ventilated. Crossing the street, if it is on the beach, in a well-structured waterfront, with a restaurant with a great cost benefit, playgrounds, lanes and sports courts, lots of shade, lawn and coconut trees. If the tide is good, it forms natural pools, warm waters and transparent for children to play with lots of fish. Even octopus my little son saw it. A Savior I didn't know. I highly recommend it!

This was my second stay at Roberta's property, and just like the first time, the experience was exceptional. The site continues to be incredibly cozy, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable.

My family's stay at Heloíse's house was very pleasant. This is the third time, where we stayed in this house and the reason for our return, was the organization, concern for the maintenance of the house, cleaning and the friendliness of Mr. Álvaro, who is Milene's husband and has always received us with a lot of education and kindness. Always flexible and punctual, ready to answer any questions, in all the opportunities we had for us to host in this house, there were always improvements, automated systems, beware of the cleaning of the pool. The house accommodates very well, the rooms are comfortable, well ventilated, a well-equipped kitchen, a large refrigerator that allowed us to store a large amount of food, the pool is larger than it appears in the photo, the gourmet area is spacious and has a great barbecue. We wish to return as soon as we have another chance!

Barty's home is magnificent, I believe it has been the best Airbnb I've stayed in until today. The house is beautiful, Barty was impeccable in the decoration. Not to mention cleaning and care in the smallest details, the house was extremely smelling, just like the towels, the sheets, EVERYTHING!! I hope I have the pleasure of enjoying that little place of peace again

Friendly neighbor, with some close by beaches if you’ve a car. The house is renewed with good bedrooms, a small office for a working if you need it.

My stay with my family in the corner of Leu was satisfactory, the listing is environmentally friendly. The hostess welcomed us very well, cheerful, available and attentive. I loved spending moments of my vacation in this cozy spot, I want to return again to enjoy the nearby beaches, and the structure present in Mar Grande, a place that has banks, markets, medical emergency near the residence. The House was very clean, the balcony was very ventilated, a 9-minute walk to the beach, several transport available to other nearby islands, you can take van, taxi , motorcycle taxi to travel. if you are by car you have a garage. I recommend the stay and I intend to return when I have a little time available. Dona Edileusa and her husband welcomed us on arrival with attention and necessary information that was one of the positive points of the accommodation.

The house is very well equipped, it had good towels, sheets and colchoes. There was a service provider daily cleaning the pool. The condominium is very quiet and quiet, and super close to the beach. To complete the house has fruit trees such as acerola and pitanga.

Very beautiful place! Good house, spacious , airy, very good gourmet area, pool, barbecue , great place to go with family/friends! The house has all the necessary items so that we can spend the days in a comfortable way. We spent 03 days in the house, went with family - wife, 5-year-old son and my parents and it was a very cool experience. Referring to check-in / check - out the host is very flexible. One point that should be improved is the question of the clarity of the rooms. Just put a blackout curtain that makes it possible to completely block the light on the windows, as soon as the clarity takes over.

The space is exactly like the photos, super cozy and equipped with everything we need. The region is great, close to a beautiful beach and very good restaurants. Hosts are very much loved and requested in everything we need. I highly recommend it!

We had an excellent stay in salvador in the middle of the carnival. Building was organized with bracelets for safety etc. Apt with large balcony, kitchen staff. But regardless of all of this, Khris was excellent with us, super understanding, would rent this or any property with it. Hope to be back soon!

Exactly what I expected. I enjoyed the morning walk along the beach.

It was a very nice stay. Initially I was at work, I stayed until Sunday to enjoy the weekend with my family. The apartment is very well decorated, with everything in good condition, clean, quiet building, (we even made friends). Very accessible, flexible, polite host. I highly recommend!!

We had a great stay! The apartment is simple, but it has everything that is essential for a comfortable and cost-effective trip. The location is excellent, with easy access to Rio Vermelho and Pelourinho de Uber or buses, as well as markets and bakeries nearby. The space was clean and organized, with good lighting, water filter, clothes and basic utensils in the kitchen. The air-conditioning works well. The host was super attentive and waited for us even after the check-in delay. The condominium is safe, with a mini-market, but there is a staircase to access the apartment walking through the gatehouse, which can be a point of attention for those with reduced mobility. But asking for Uber, easy! Also, the bed is a bit harsh in case this is a problem for you! In addition, it met all our expectations for the trip and recommend it to those who seek practicality, with everything you need for a good stay in Salvador!

The accommodation is great, the apartment was clean, the room is newly renovated, the location is good, has private access to the beach, and the pool which provides a pleasant day, has restaurants on the ground floor, a wonderful shrimp guioza, in short, it is worth the daily amount! My friend and I had a magical stay at Dione’s appartment. Everything is great and the space was amazing. We stayed for 3 weeks, and would return again. Everything in Barra is a short walk and there are plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Dione was super responsive and available to help with any questions.

The host was responsive and gave us all the indications we needed. We have been greeted my a lady who takes care of the flat. She was super nice and available to answer and request. The flat is really big. It has everything you need inside. Very clean, plenty of towels, bed sheets, pans, dishes, ecc. The AC only works in 1 bedroom, but the host was clear about this from the beginning, however there are fans all over the place to keep the place cool. Next time I go back to Salvador, this will be my first choice to stay. Thank you.
