The cottage consists of a living room with a seating area with a modern sofa for 2 people (140cm) In the attached annex, there are two single beds that can easily be put together to a double bed Swimming dock within 100 meters and nice beaches 700-1000 meters. The surroundings also offer nice walking paths in a beautiful environment. 2.5 km away is Stenungs Torg with 65 shops and all possible services. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

This well-maintained and modern villa is located in a very quiet and pleasant location in popular Röreviken. Bathrobe distance to newly-renovated sauna and to saltwater swimming at the jetty a little bit below the house. Röreviken is a child-friendly and popular area close to Stenungsund, just 5 minutes from the house.

Very old windmill rebuild as a summer holiday house. Location 45km north of Gothenburg and 7 km from the next grocery. Simple kitchen inside and also outside. Toilet and shower is outside the mill in a separate house. Sunny location, hot tub, sauna with outside shower, sea view. Ten minutes walk to the sea. Roof hight on the first floor is very low about 170 cm. Stairs are steep. Spiders live in the mill. The WIFI works outdoors only. Sauna hottub and open fire inside the mill are by wood.
