Nearby is a playground, a bakery right across the street. Right in front of the house is a bus stop. The walk to the nearest train station is about 7 minutes long. There you will also find Rewe, Aldi, etc. The secondary cities are Oberhausen/Mülheim. The Centro is 5 minutes by car.

On the second floor there are 2 more bedrooms and the second bathroom with a bathtub.
