We are situated right on the Icknield way with elevated views across Cambridgeshire with the picturesque village of Linton a short walk or 3 min drive away. Escape to this loft in open countryside; just over an hour from London, and close to Cambridge, this is the perfect spot to unwind. Rural walks on your doorstep, a covered barbecue area and a village pub down the lane. Wander the gardens and soak up the green while staying green yourself- this flat is powered by solar panels. In the cart-shed there is a covered outdoor dining area with chimera; as well as space to park and leave boots and bikes. We are a non-smoking/vaping premises. Pet fee£15

This charming and spacious residence is located on the edge of a sleepy hamlet, 5 minutes from the pretty market town of Saffron Walden, 5 minutes from Audley End station and 25 minutes from Stansted Airport or Cambridge and Racing at Newmarket. This property is not suitable for children under the age of 10 due to very steep stairs.

The Vinery

The Vinery is a bright, self-contained studio within beautiful surroundings. Rolling countryside views to Radwinter Church make this a peaceful and restful stay. River and village walks are highly recommended. We welcome dogs; we have two of our own. Close by is the medieval market town of Saffron Walden. Cambridge, Stansted Airport, London and the village pub are all within easy access. Sorry, no smokers.
