It is situated in the quiet neighbourhood of Redland, only 5 minutes walk from the Downs, as well as the bars and restaurants of Whiteladies Road. It is 5 minutes drive from Clifton Suspension Bridge, the University and BBC. Completely self-contained, it offers a private entrance, large living space & leads into the garden.

Also within walking distance is Abbeywood retail park which hosts restaurants; Bella Italia, Nando’s, Barranco lounge or to ‘grab n go’ there is a Gregg’s, McDonald’s & Costa. The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

A great stepping off point, whether you are going to London, The Cotswolds, Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham etc. We are very near to the Motorway network, 2 Railway Stations (Bristol Temple Meads or Bristol Parkway), Bristol Airport, Coach station in Bristol. Locally there are quality Pubs, Indian and Chinese eateries.
