It is located 2 miles from Epping and ideally located for people attending weddings at Gaynes Park, Blake Hall and Mulberry House. Epping tube station (central line) is under five minutes drive.

A comfortable studio apartment set apart from the main house with off road parking right outside. Guests have their own front door, and there is a private deck looking out over neighbouring farmland . The studio has a private shower room, fresh towels and sheets are provided. There is a small kitchen area with a microwave, a toaster and an air fryer. We can arrange check in and check out times to suit us both, and we are happy to advise on the local area. Please ask!

Our self-contained two storey annexe comes complete with small but well -equipped kitchen, living area, wet room, garden room, 50inch flat screen television and parking. Set in the peaceful village of White Roding, this is the perfect place for a relaxing break. Close to a number of wedding venues including Colville Hall, Down Hall, The Reid Rooms, Blake Hall, Mulberry House, Newland Hall and That Amazing Place, we are also just 15 mins away from Stansted airport.

The Barn, beautiful rural retreat

The Barn is located within the grounds of our Grade 2 listed Cottage and yet is far enough away from the main house to allow our guests privacy. The property offers two luxurious double bedrooms and a modern bathroom with shower and bath. The light and spacious living / kitchen area is fully equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher and provides comfortable seating for all our guests. Guests will receive a welcome pack of goodies on arrival.

This comfortable and modern studio is sited on our family run farm. Rural Location. There is a nearby village shop and petrol station with Marks and Spencers. Village cricket ground. 3 pubs all serving great food. West Horndon and Shenfield Station with trains traveling to London regularly. Fords at Dunton approximately 3 miles away. There are local supermarkets, takeaways & restaurants within a 15 min walk away. There are some lovely walks on the door step.
